“What the hell is wrong with you Alpha Bowers? You could have punched me.” I shout at hirr and that seems to snap him out of whatever daze that he’s in.
He stared at me with that same look on his face that I couldn’t understand and his calm breath started to turn heavy, and he withdrew his arm. Then, he turned to leave.
Is he serious right now? He puts a hige hole in the wall and then he just turns around to leave?
“So you’re just going to leave?” I ask him and he stops walking and for a minute I think he’s going to turn around, but he doesn’t, he just continues walking until he disappears down a hallway.
What the hell just happened? That man is so weird.
“He was jealous.” Leila tells me.
“No, he wasn’t Leila.” I tell her, that wasn’t jealousy, it was something else.
I racked my brain for a long time but still could not figure it out. What did I do to anger him again? And what was with that look in his eyes?
After I had used the restroom, I walked back to the restaurant. I noticed that Ross was the only one sitting at the table, and Xavier and Clayton were nowhere to be found.
“Where are the boys?” I ask him.
“They said they wanted to use the restroom urgently, I offered to go with them but they were adamant that they wanted to go alone.” He tells me.
Yeah, that sounds about right.
“But, I didn’t see them on my way back here.” I tell him, starting to get worried.
And he could hear it in my voice. “Why don’t I go to the men’s restroom and look for them? I’m sure they just got distracted by something”
“There’s no need for that.” I then took a gulp of her drink and smiled wryly. “You won’t find them in there. They must have wanted to go somewhere else they were afraid that would
you be worried and decided to lie to you. Don’t treat them as mere five–year–old kids, they’re more cunning than most adults.”

“Yeah and I’m guessing that they get that from you.” He tells me with a smile on his face.
“No, my boys, they are way smarter than me, too smart for their own good sometimes.”
Just talking about my boys made a smile appear on my face.
I knew that if the enticing night and the events that followed thereafter six years ago were a nightmare, then Clayton and Xavian were the light that chased away the darkness that the heavens had given me.
If it were not for them, I would not have used all my final strength to jump down that window and run away.
Narrowing his eyes, Ross said slowly, “I’m curious as to what you have been through. Why do you say things that feel as if whatever that happened to me had happened to you as well?”
“It must be something very similar.” I felt my smile disappear and my one went cold. “It so happens that I had been treated badly by my closest and beloved family and then thrown into the deepest, never–ending abyss in an instant.”
It was easy for Ross to guess that we had similar stories from the things that I said, but hearing it personally from me was a different story.
“But you rose up and you didn’t stay down.” He says.
“That’s right I didn’t. My boys saved me they are the reason I’m still alive today and I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure that I’m never in that situation again.” I tell him.
He looks to be deep in thought and then he looks at me. “If there’s any way I can help you Natalie, please let me know.”
-Alpha Samuel Bowers-
I don’t know what the hell came over me, but I couldn’t control it. For her to actually admit that man was her sweetheart, my wolf just took over and I know that I scared her but I couldn’t stay in there, barely holding on to my control, I could’ve done something worse.
So I went outside the restaurant and right now my gaze was fixed on the table near the window at the man staring at Natalie, seemingly lost in thought.
I decided not to listen in on their conversation, I was mad enough just looking at them, if I heard what they were talking about, there was a very high possibility that I would burn this restaurant to the ground with him in it.
However, I could clearly feel that she was letting her guard down in front of the man and

allowed him to see her in her most fragile state.
Who is this man? How could he make Natalic look like this?
The more I looked at them the more both I and Axel got agitated. I was so angry that I took off thr bumper of a nearby car and threw it as far as I could as I let out a deadly growl.
I was frustrated and angry and I couldn’t understand these feelings. I took out a stick of cigarette from its box. Suddenly, a crisp tiny voice sounded next to him.
“I can’t believe it’s you, I look so much like you, sir!”
Narrowing my eyes, I turned to look at the young kid standing in front of me.
The young kid was very adorable. Furthermore, his cherubic face was red, and his eyes glinted energetically.
As the kid was still very young, he did not have sharp features on his face. One look at them would not let anyone think that the two looked similar. However, once I looked at the young kid closely, ai could definitely say that I could find some similarities between us.
Then something strange happened, Axel my wolf was curious about the little boy, even going as far as asking me to sniff him but I immediately shut that down.
“Blood.” Axel growls in my head and I’m confused.
What the hell is he talking about?
Surprisingly, the similarities between us exceeded the similarities between me and Franklin.
“Yeah.” I said to him.
Even though I did not deny it, my face remained expressionless.
So what if we look similar? I don’t think this young kid is my son.
I know that I had only been tricked once. Moreover, I only slept with a woman once, and it resulted in Yara bringing Franklin and Sophia into my life.
If there were more children, I don’t think Yara would pass on the excellent opportunity.
As I lit my cigarette up, the blue flame flickered around my fingers.
The young kid furrowed his eyebrows slightly. “Sir, Mommy doesn’t like the smell of cigarettes. Can you stop smoking for the sake of Mommy?”

My lips twitched. He glanced at the young kid and asked, “Why would I do that?” I asked him.
“Because you’re going to be my new daddy.”
