Franklin looked at me with suspicion in his eyes while his sister ran up to where he was and she looked up at me with her big brown eyes and she nodded her head vigorously.

Although I know the little ones have been contacting Natalie on the internet, a meeting in person will be so much better, I knew they couldn’t say no to it.

Franklin glanced at his sister briefly and nodded his head as well. “Of course, we want to!”

It was clear that he was excited at the concept of seeing Natalie, but my son was smart, he could tell that something else was up and he looked at me warily.

“But, it’s not right. Didn’t you disapprove of me being with Natalie, Daddy?” His eyebrows knitted more tightly as he continued to recall more things. “Are you trying to trick her into coming so you can bully her because I like Natalie very much? If that’s the reason you want her here, then no I do not want to see her. Isn’t that right Sophia?” Franklin asked his sister.

She looked so confused as she looked from me to her brother but she eventually nodded her head, agreeing with her brother.

“I do not want to bring her here to bully her and can you stop calling her that affectionately?” I don’t know why it affected me so much, I mean he was just a child.

“Why can’t I call her that way? She agreed to it.”

“Even if she had agreed to it, I don’t agree to it.”

“Daddy, you…” His face turned a deep shade of red, it was clear that he was angry. But I couldn’t condone this, he was a child and I have to admit it also made me angry. Natalie had somehow managed to put all three of us under her spell, that I was now fighting with my five year old son over her.

But the fact is Natalie was mine or she would be mine. Yes I was still confused and there are things that just aren’t adding up. Like the fact that she has the same scent as that woman at the cafe, who I’m very sure wasn’t Yara.

The same scent as the woman I spent the night with who was Yara. There are a lot of things that aren’t making any sense but the one thing that I am sure of is that I want Natalie and so does my wolf.

I mean it was so bad that if Franklin wasn’t my son. I would have thrown the young kid out of the pack for just mentioning her name.

“Do the two of you want to see her or not?” I ask as I let out an exasperated sigh.

Franklin and Sophia exchanged looks and nodded in unison.

“Franklin, in order for this to work, seeing as it is already evening, you have to do this. I will give her a call later..

Then I proceeded to tell him what he needed to do in order for our plan to work and for Natalie to get over here

After listening to my plan, doubt appeared on Franklin’s chubby face. “Daddy, t–this is lying to Natalie. isn’t it? If she finds out, won’t she think that I’m not innocent anymore?”

Then should we not? Or don’t you want to see her?” I asked him, I know that this was wrong, using the kids to get her here but I knew she wasn’t going to come if I asked her to.

For a while, Franklin had an internal conflict within himself. Finally, I could see the moment on his face and I knew that he was in. He could not refuse the temptation of meeting Natalie and spoke in a serious
