That single word caused the nearby staff to snap their heads around in absolute shock.

No one expected that this little boy, who had been glued to Sylvia's side the entire time, would call Jillian his mother!

Jillian nodded gently and beckoned him over. "Connor, come here."

Connor shifted his feet, feeling both eager and hesitant.

Beside him, Sylvia's fingers instinctively tightened around the hem of his shirt, clearly unwilling to let him go.

After a few seconds of hesitation, Connor broke free from her weak hold and walked toward Jillian.

Jillian smiled. "Just stand right there. I have a cold, and I don't want you catching it."

Connor obediently stopped in his tracks and nodded like a good boy.

"The weather has been unpredictable lately. Are you feeling unwell anywhere?"

Connor gently shook his head.

"That's good." Jillian's tone was soft and meticulous as she instructed, "Make sure you dress in layers. Don't stand in the draft after you sweat, or you'll catch a chill. Go to bed early and wake up early so your immune system stays strong. Have any kids in your class called in sick lately?"

Connor listened intently, nodding in response.

"It's easy to get sick when the seasons change, so you must protect yourself and be extra careful."

The little boy stared at her, suddenly thinking of his smartwatch.

Truthfully, his mother pushed the weather forecast to his watch every single day without fail, tirelessly reminding him to add or remove layers, drink fewer cold drinks, and eat less sugar. She had never once missed a day.

At that moment, the director's voice echoed through the set, announcing that the recording was about to resume.

Jillian looked at Connor and smiled warmly. "If you like it here, you can stay and watch. But don't run around, and don't touch any of the equipment, or you might get hurt."
