Hearing Gary’s words, Austin’s voice turned serious as he asked, “Can you take me to the Snow Wolf Clan?”

“I’m worried about Lex’s safety. I’m afraid something might happen to her,” Austin added.

Gary hesitated, then replied, “It doesn’t seem possible.”

After Gary’s refusal, Austin didn’t push further. He just leaned against the wall, letting out a long sigh, trying to piece together everything that had happened today.

Everything that happened today was way beyond anything he could have imagined.

He couldn’t figure out why, when Lexie was giving birth, her body released such an intoxicating scent that drove all the beastmen wild, making them lose control and turn into heartless beasts.

When those beastmen came charging at them just now, Austin and the others were scared out of their wits.

They were afraid they wouldn’t be able to hold them off, and they were terrified that Lexie might die.

If the High Priest of the Snow Wolf Clan had arrived even a second later, they might have gone on a killing spree just to keep Lexie safe.

But if they really ended up killing someone, and the news got out, then no matter how special Lexie was to them, she’d be stuck with the label of being the cause of all the trouble for the rest of her life.

At the thought, Austin and the others exchanged glances, the fear in their eyes unmistakable.

Just as the silence got awkward, the door to the treatment room burst open. Arthur’s eyes lit up as he locked onto Austin.

Before Austin could even process what was happening, Arthur yanked him by the collar and hauled him straight into the

treatment room.

As Arthur started checking him over, running tests and poking around, Austin was totally confused, but he just let it happen, too baffled to protest.

When the test results finally popped up, Arthur looked at the results in his hand, eyes shining with excitement.

‘Oh my god! It’s real! This is a miracle, a blessing from the Beast God himself!” he exclaimed.

Before Austin could even react, Arthur yanked him out of the treatment pod and, without missing a beat, shoved Gary into the scanning pod.

After Arthur finished running tests on everyone, he stared at the results in his hands, unable to hide the shock and excitement in his eyes.

Seeing how excited Arthur was, Austin asked, confused, “Arthur, what did you find? Why are you so happy?”

“Happy? Am I really that happy?” Arthur replied, touching his face and trying to suppress the grin tugging at his lips,

He couldn’t hide his excitement as he glanced at Austin, his voice practically buzzing, Is it that obvious?”

“Yeah, you look absolutely thrilled right now, Arthur. Mind telling me what’s got you so worked up?” Austin asked, still puzzled.

“It’s actually pretty simple, Austin. I just ran tests on all of you, and your gene diseases? They’re completely gone,” Arthur

“And now you’re telling us our gene diseases are just… gone?” Austin pressed, still trying to wrap his head around it.

“Arthur, this isn’t even funny. You sound so serious, we’re about to take you at your word,” Austin said, his voice wavering between doubt and hope.

“Austin, I’m dead serious. Lex’s scent just wiped out your gene diseases, instantly,” Arthur replied, his eyes practically glowing with excitement.

“No way! What are you talking about? That’s impossible, I can’t believe it,” Austin protested, still shaking his head in disbelief.

Seeing Austin still refusing to believe it, Arthur thrust the test results right into his hands.

“Marshal Drake, take a good look for yourself. See if your gene disease is really gone,” Arthur said, his voice steady and full of conviction.

“So I ran another test to figure out exactly what Lex’s scent does,” Arthur said, still buzzing with excitement.

“Turned out her scent has a crazy strong ability to heal gene diseases. Seriously, it’s wild,” he added, his eyes practically sparkling.

“You all know Lex can cure gene diseases, but it only works if she actually makes contact with the beastman,” Arthur explained, his voice steady.

“And you know, Lex always smells amazing. At first, I thought it was just because she’s a female, and maybe I was a little biased, seeing her through a filter or something, so I found her scent extra pleasant,” Arthur mused, sounding a bit sheepish.
