Chapter 411
Ezra shifts, having a better idea of where the pack is. The others shift and they all begin running. I run as fast as I can in my human form, but I’m much slower than they are in their wolf form. They arrive ahead of me and have already searched the packhouse when I arrive. I already know before we get there that she’s not there. Her scent isn’t anywhere around here.
“Robin…” Kayce says walking out of the packhouse. I’m winded,
which is a testament to how weak I am.
“I know. Her scent isn’t anywhere around here,” I say.
“Elias‘ pack is this way,” Ezra says, and they all shift and begin running. I follow behind them, but it isn’t long before I catch her floral lotus flower scent.
I snarl and push harder, Derric giving me what little strength he has. I burst into the packhouse, and her scent is even stronger.
“She’s not here, Robin!” Dutton says, as I race up the stairs, following her scent. It’s so strong.

is the scent of her blood.
“She was hurt!” Texclaim, rushing forward. However, I stop when I see something on the floor.
“What the fuck is that?” I ask, disgusted enough that my stomach roils.
“I don’t know what happened her, but somehow, your mate got out of these handcuffs and shackles, and she got Camden locked into them. There’s a scent of the tranquilizer that we smelled around your body, so I’m guessing she pulled her hands out of the handcuffs, here,” Ezra says, pointing to the handcuffs that smell strongly of my mate. “That would explain the blood that you smell. And when Camden came in, she must have surprised him before he could tranquilize her. See the dart?” he asks pointing to the wall where a dart is sticking out of the
wall.
Pride in my mate and her inner strength floods through me. She’s still fighting.
“So you think…” I begin, my lip curling as I look back at the floor.
“Yeah, she locked Camden into these shackles and the only way he could get out was to cut off his own foot.”

The cramping started not long after I started running from Camden. I knew I was bleeding and the only thing I could think of was that I’m losing my baby.
“Come on, baby boy! I need you to hold on for me. I love you. I’m here
