The Perfect Wife's Perfect Revenge novel Chapter 891

Halfway through his string of curses, Connor was dragged out of the room.

"Connor, calm down. Sorry about that, everyone! Connor had a bit too much to drink and walked into the wrong room."

The group yanked and pulled Connor all the way out of the VIP suite. He glared at them, utterly furious.

"Why the hell did you pull me away? Which one of you just told me I needed to go win her back? Are you out of your minds?"

Connor's blood was boiling. Leonie was being absolutely ridiculous. How long had she even known this guy? Three hours? And she was already kissing him! What if he was a con artist?

Didn't they see the flashy clothes he was wearing? Driving a motorcycle like that—wasn't it obvious he was just out to pick up women?

Any guy working in a club like this couldn't be decent. For all he knew, the guy was just some rich woman's boy toy.

"Connor, it's not that we're criticizing you, but when we first told you to go after her, you flat-out refused. Now that she's kissing someone else, they're practically dating. It's not right for you to crash in and ruin their vibe."

Connor's mood hit rock bottom. He just couldn't understand women. She had been chasing after him so eagerly before, staying by his side in the hospital for over half a month.

And now, she was making out with a guy she hadn't even known for three hours. What goes through a woman's head? Were they really that desperate?

"Can you all just shut up and get the hell out?"

Connor had been halfway home when he spotted Leonie sitting on the back of that guy's motorcycle, her arms wrapped tightly around his waist. It made his skin crawl. Was that kind of intimacy really necessary?

He had whipped his car around and followed them all the way to this bar. It was past midnight, and she clearly had no intention of going home.

One woman and two youngsters, the three of them out in the middle of the night—didn't the Everhart family care?

Ddidn't they know how many dangerous people were out there? If anyone realized that the net worth of these three heirs was in the billions of dollars, who knew how many creeps would target them?

While Connor was losing his mind outside, Leonie and Dorian had already broken apart.

Chris watched them with a cool gaze before muttering, "Childish."

Celia's face was flushed, but she looked absolutely thrilled. From the way Connor had just reacted, he was clearly jealous. A man with such a short temper really wasn't suited to be their brother-in-law. Hawthorne was definitely the better husband material, but honestly, Connor and Leonie were a perfect match.
