Cassia had quite a few condominiums under her name as investments, though she often forgot about them afterward.
When she had been searching online carlier, she had paid special attention to this particular development. It was only after looking into it further that she realized she had actually invested in building it herself.
The reason Draven had arranged to meet here was probably because he had also bought a place at Dunstino Bay.
Meeting in his own place was low–key and safe.
Cassia arrived at the door and rang the doorbell.
The moment the bell rang, the door opened from inside.
“You’re here?” It was Draven who opened the door.
“Yeah.”
Cassia nodded, then her gaze moved past him and landed on the woman crouching on the floor inside, trembling like a leaf.
She remembered her clearly. This was the woman from the surveillance footage who had hurt Sterling.
With Cassia staring so fixedly at the woman in the room and not even glancing at him, Draven couldn’t help but start doubting his own charm.
Watching from the sidelines, Seven noticed Draven’s displeased expression and itched to tease him about it.
The moment a meeting with Cassia was mentioned, Draven had rushed back to the villa to wash his hair, blow–dry it, and style it. And the result? She didn’t even spare him a single glance.
Thinking about this, Seven was utterly impressed by Cassia.
Without exaggeration, Draven’s looks appealed to everyone regardless of gender. Women couldn’t take their eyes off him the moment they saw him. Even Seven, who had been by Draven’s side for years, sometimes found himself admiring the effortless elegance and charisma he exuded.

Cassia was different. At most, she would give him a quick glance, and that was already
generous.
Cassia walked over to the heavily made–up woman and looked down at her.

The woman was shaking uncontrollably. Being stared at by Cassia like this made her feel like she was being dragged into the depths of hell.
Cassia took out her phone and pulled up a photo. It showed Sterling with his head slightly bowed.
He was quiet and still, looking obedient and well–behaved.
“This is my little brother.”
There was nothing wrong with Cassia saying that. Sterling was younger than her, and his childhood experience was similar to hers. They were both children abandoned by their families and dumped at an orphanage, left all alone in the world. Naturally, she treated him like her own little brother.
Looking at the photo on the phone and hearing Cassia’s cold, detached words, the woman felt like death was near.
“Please, spare me! I didn’t mean any harm. I just wanted to help him find his family. But then he suddenly went crazy, and I…” Before the woman could finish, Cassia’s shoe slammed into her heavily powdered face.
Kicked to the ground, the woman saw stars and tasted something sweet and metallic in her mouth.
“Tsk, tsk, tsk…” Seven clicked his tongue.
Terrified, the woman scrambled back up from the floor, clutching her red and swollen face.
“You… you’re too cruel! I just accidentally scratched his face.”
Her face, caked with heavy foundation, now bore a clear shoe print.
When she opened her mouth to speak, it was obvious she had lost two teeth. Her words came out with a slight lisp.
Was it cruel?
Under normal circumstances, that kick might have been a bit much.

But Sterling’s situation was different from a normal person’s. He had severe autism and was already terrified of interacting with others.
The way this woman had approached him and treated him–the psychological trauma and negative impact were immeasurable. Sterling couldn’t even express his own fear.
It was no exaggeration to say that in cases like Sterling’s, if things were suppressed for too long, self–harm would be the mild outcome. If it led to suicide…
Cassia’s expression grew even colder and more terrifying as she slowly raised her foot again.
The woman was shaking all over in fear.
She could tell that Cassia had no intention of letting her off easy today. Her only hope now was the two men in the room.
The woman whipped her head toward Draven, then scrambled over to his feet on all fours.
“Save me! I’ll give you anything! Please!”
The woman screamed while starting to take off her clothes.
She had just undone the first button of her top when, in the next second, Cassia kicked her aside. She passed out immediately.
Cassia glanced indifferently at the unconscious woman on the floor, then looked up at Draven.
“A woman like that–I figured you wouldn’t be interested anyway. So I didn’t ruin anything for you.”
Draven narrowed his dark eyes, the reflection of the girl’s beautiful face shimmering in their depths.
