When Draven made that casual little move, Cassia happened to have a bit of ice cream on the corner of her lips. Without thinking, she licked it away.
That simple action lit a fire inside Draven.
He reached out and reached for her lips.
Cassia watched his hand coming closer. Instinctively, she should have been on guard. But the man’s expression was calm, polite, and gentle.
There was no threat in it.
For some reason, she didn’t move away. Her eyes followed his hand the whole time.
His large hand touched the corner of her lips. His slightly rough fingers wiped away the melted ice cream from her skin.
It was clean now. But strangely, it felt more uncomfortable than when the ice cream had been there.
The feeling wasn’t unpleasant. But it wasn’t something she liked either.
It was complicated.
Draven pulled his hand back and clasped it behind him. His fingers felt warm, almost hot. His usually calm brows hid a quiet, Overflowing satisfaction.
Seven was busy eating sweet strawberry ice cream when he let out a loud burp.
‘Burp!”
He felt stuffed.
Was it because of the ice cream?
No. It was because of all the lovey–dovey vibes.
“After your SATs, we’re going to Vrastin,” Draven said calmly. “You don’t need to prepare anything. Just come with me”
His face looked normal. But the hand behind his back told the truth.
His fingers were still rubbing together slowly, as if he was remembering the feeling.
Cassia finished her ice cream and threw the wrapper into the trash. Then, she looked at him.
“I don’t have much to pack anyway. Just a few clothes.”
“You don’t need clothes either. I’ve already prepared everything.” Draven said. The moment Cassia agreed to go to Vrastin with him, he had arranged it all.
“I’ve also arranged a place to stay. A five–star hotel. Presidential suite.”
What he really wanted was to bring Cassia straight to his home so he could see her every day.

But that would be disrespectful to her.
“I already have a place to stay,” Cassia said.
She had thought about it. When she got to Vrastin, she could stay in her villa, or she could stay with Urban.
“You know someone there?” Draven caught the hint in her words.
“Yeah. A friend.” She didn’t explain who.
Draven’s brows tightened slightly.
‘Male or female?”
Tsk, tsk, tsk–Seven clicked his tongue inside his head.
Then he looked at Sterling, who was still licking his ice cream.
‘Hey, kid. Let’s go walk over there.”
‘No,” Sterling refused bluntly.
‘Come on, let’s go.” Seven grabbed his wrist and pulled him off the chair.
‘Hey–wait! I haven’t finished eating!”
You can eat while walking.”
Fine.”
Cassia pulled her gaze back from Sterling and looked at Draven. “Male,” she answered.
That could be inconvenient,” Draven said, eyes narrowing slightly.
Cassia didn’t think much about it. “We’re close. It’s fine.”
Draven’s eyes slowly turned as dark as the night.
Cassia tilted her head and blinked twice.
She didn’t understand why his expression suddenly changed.
She didn’t realize he was jealous.

After a short silence, Draven finally spoke. “What I mean is… once we’re in Vrastin, you will be my girlfriend. If you live with another man, it won’t look good.”
‘s that so?
Cassia thought about it.
thought
Maybe that made sense. Maybe it didn’t.
“And even if you’re close with your friend, you’ll have Sterling with you. That could trouble him,” Draven added,
