Bryan’s screams and flailing woke Nathan, who had been dreaming of groping beautiful women.
“Babe, don’t run… Let me touch… huh? Where’d she go?”
“You old man! Still dreaming big at high noon, huh?”
Richard slapped Nathan across the face.
Smack!
Nathan came fully awake, but still a little groggy. He shook his head, briefly losing sense of the time.
“Ow! Huh? Ah! W–what’s going on?”

Nathan sniffed the smoke and realized with horror that his hands and feet were bound. Cold sweat broke out over his body.
“Let me go! Somebody help me! Someone is hurting an old man!”
Richard stood with his hands on his hips. He slapped Nathan twice across the face, leaving his cheeks so red and swollen that he couldn’t even speak.
He glared at Nathan and cursed, “These slaps are for my daughter. How dare you take advantage of her?! I’d beat you to death! If you ever dare lay a hand on her again, you’ll end up like your son!”
“My son? W–what happened to him?”
Seeing Richard clearly and spotting Cassia beside him, Nathan immediately understood the situation.
He didn’t even need to look to know who was down there, shaking the tree trunk and screaming like a slaughtered pig.
Nathan immediately switched to a pitiful, ingratiating expression. He pouted to point at Cassia. “Ah… Richard, I’m sorry! I didn’t know this beauty was yours…”
Before Nathan could even finish, Richard punched him in the waist, cutting off half his words mid–throat.
“You’ve got some nerve spouting that crap! Are you trying to die? I wouldn’t even feel satisfied if you burned to death!”
Just thinking about this disgusting old man touching his precious daughter sent Richard into a blind rage. That was why he and Cassia came up with this little “barbecue” setup to give those two bastards a proper lesson.
“I was wrong! I won’t do it again. Richard, you’re a good guy. Considering my old age, just let us go this once…” Nathan coughed and sputtered, tears streaming down his face from the thick smoke.
Richard sneered.
“You said the same thing last time I punished you, didn’t you? And look how that turned out? You never change!”
He grabbed Nathan’s ear and yanked him up.
“Ow, ow! Don’t pull my ear! I’m sorry! I really won’t do it next time! Ow…”

Chapter 515 Spare Us
Nathan grimaced in pain.
Richard pointed at Nathan and asked Cassia, “Boss, how do you want to deal with these two pieces of trash? Roast them alive or deep–fry?”
“Just tie them here and let them bake in the sun,” she said.
“Really? Isn’t that a little too easy on them?”
Richard raised an eyebrow. He thought girls were just too soft–hearted. If it were him, they’d already be in the hospital by now.
“I don’t want to waste any more time on them,” Cassia said, turning and walking away.
“And I certainly don’t want these pigs to dirty my eyes.”
Richard chuckled darkly. “Make them disappear from the world? That’s easy!”
Nathan screamed in terror at that, yelling, “Spare me! Please!”
Bryan, down below, had already passed out. No one could tell whether it was from the heat or from hearing Richard’s words.
“Don’t worry. I’m not stupid enough to actually kill anyone.” Richard felt amused, looking at Nathan and Bryan tied to the tree. The trunk was creaking under their weight.
They looked pathetic. He was just trying to scare those two pieces of trash, and they were already that scared.
Killing them would just dirty his hands.
“Hmph. Consider yourselves lucky! Just stay here and bake while you’reflect!”
After saying that, Richard saw Cassia waiting for him in the distance. He shot Nathan and Bryan one last vicious glare, then turned and quickly walked toward her.
When he reached her, she asked, “How’s the Al sorting system you installed in the plantation warehouse last time?”
“All set up,” Richard replied.
Cassia nodded and continued toward the plantation.
“Good. Take me to check it out,” she said.
Richard shaded his eyes with one hand and glanced at the high, cloudless sky. The blazing sun hung overhead.
“Alright, but it’s already noon. We can go to the plantation this afternoon. Since you’re rarely in Chesthale Peak, why not have lunch at my villa first?”
Cassia thought for a moment and said, “Sure, that works. Thank you.”
Richard’s family had already moved to Zrario, but he still had a villa in Chesthale Peak for his parents.
They were Brandon and Ursula Scott, Rosalie’s grandparents.
Cassia was a great benefactor of the Scotts. It would be rude to let such an honored guest come to the villa without proper hospitality.
