Chapter 47: Chapter 47

TYLER POV

Carter gave me photos from the security camera’s out the front of the packhouse and I growled as soon as I saw a man holding my mate. But then I stood in my chair and glared at the photos.

"Why is she bleeding. You never said that she was bleeding." I growled out so loud that the windows shook.

"That’s what alerted me to the problem in the first place. One of them shot her while in the bedroom. I’m guessing she tried to use her powers because she was shot in the forearm. And then I guess that’s when they got her with the darts. But when they came out of the packhouse that women came up and she shot Tessa in the shoulder to prove that she would kill her if she had to." Carter explained cowering back from me.

"She should have healed from those gunshot wounds though." I say trying to calm myself down.

"They were silver bullets. I could smell the silver." Carter says. And I grabbed the side of my desk and threw it across the room and it shattered when it hit the wall.

The door to my office then opened and Carter and I both looked over.

"Temper, temper. Calm down." Angelo says from the door.

"How the fuck are you here? It’s daylight." I say confused.

"We got a limo. The back is very tinted and it drove straight into the garage which led us into the house." Angelo explained.

"Alright. Turn the light on." I say and I close all the blinds to make the room pitch black. Then Angelo walked into the room followed by Elias, Charles, Finn, Naomi and Ruby.

"What do we know?" Angelo asked getting right to the point. And I hand him the photos.

"She was shot with silver bullets and sedated with wolfsbane and something else that is getting analized at the lab now. We don’t know what it is." I explained.

Angelo started looking through the photos and then he dropped the rest of them when he saw the women standing there.

"Do you know her?" I asked.

"Katherine. She’s the one that killed Josiah’s pregnant wife before I turned him. She’s the one that broke his will. She’s also the one that turned me into a vampire." Angelo says.

"So, she had a thing for Josiah. Is that what you’re saying? Because Rogues were attacking a neighbouring pack and I was there helping them. They kept leaving photos of Josiah and this was the last one." I say handing him the photo of Tessa with the message on the back.

"You killed the one she loved so she took the one you loved." Angelo say.

"She killed his pregnant wife to break his will. So that it was easier for you to turn him into a vampire. He was the one that fought the most. He fought back against you. Almost killed you a couple times while you attacked him. He had a lot to live for until she died." Elias explained.

"Katherine was in love with Josiah. That was her plan all along. She had Josiah and we took him away." Naomi says.

"And now she has Tessa. What is she going to do to Tessa? Do you even know anything aobut this women?" I demanded.

"I know a lot about her. We spent years together after I turned my siblings and then we ran off together. But then she disappeared and I didn’t know why. I thought she was killed. But obviously not. She went running to my brother." Angelo explained.

"Wait a minute. Josiah was your brother. You never fucking told us that. He wanted to mate with his own fucking niece?" I screamed.

"Yeah. We didn’t say that he was stable." Ruby says.

"I don’t believe this. I can’t believe this. You never told Tessa who Josiah really was. You really are an asshole Angelo. She’s your fucking daughter. What are you going to do now that this psycho has her?" I demanded to know.

"We already have the word out. My siblings have a lot more friends than I do. And we are definitely using them to our advantage this time. We are making sure that they are looking for Tessa. But I will get this photo out to them. To tell them to look out for Katherine and these men that are with her." Angelo explained.

"I told you that we should have told them." Elias says.

"Well, you were right again good brother. I’m the bastard and you’re the good one." Angelo says.

"Yeah. That sounds about right." I scoffed out. " We followed them to a road where they had a car waiting. I’ve still got men out following that road. Hopefully it leads somewhere but we don’t know where they could have taken her. We don’t know how far they could have gone. Except that they took her at midnight. Which meant they could have only drive for four hours at the most before the sun started rising." I explained.

"Alright. That does narrow the distance time. But they could have turned off at any road or stopped in any town or city. That is still a large distance to cover." Finn says. So I walk over and go through the rubble of my desk and I grab a map and put it on the coffee table.

" I’ve already drawn the circumference of a four hour drive. But that’s only if they stuck to the speed limit. If they were speeding them it will be bigger." I explained.
