With a brand-new car in her possession, there was no way Vivian was going to leave it sitting in the garage.
Even though she usually didn't care for flashy material things, she had to admit that top-tier sports cars were wildly expensive for a reason. As she tore down the highway, the deafening roar of the engine was as arrogant and commanding as a king of the jungle, forcing everyone else to steer clear.
She swung by the office, but there wasn't much going on.
The first episode of her antique appraisal show had aired, and the initial response was fantastic. It had already sparked a significant amount of public interest.
After all, using charity as a hook always invited skepticism from various circles—
Was it genuine philanthropy, or just a PR stunt?
Naturally, both supporters and critics were keeping a very close eye on where the funds were actually going.
But since Vivian had nothing to hide, she welcomed the scrutiny.
Zoe Hunt brought over the compiled analytics. "Miss Fairchild, here are the ratings and completion rates."
"Got it. You've already summarized it, so I won't bother reading through." Vivian took the folder and tossed it aside. "Keep an eye on things, and let me know if any issues pop up. Also, I'm thinking of starting a new project. I'll send you the proposal later so you can get the ball rolling."
"What genre is it?"
"Wilderness survival."
"..."
Zoe couldn't hide the shock on her face. Vivian just smiled. "What? Is that a problem?"
"No." Zoe shook her head. "It's just a pretty massive leap from our current business model."
"If I want to do it, I'll do it. The scope doesn't matter."
Vivian's expression remained calm. "I am definitely pushing this project forward. If we run into trouble getting the permits, I'll just ask Vincent for a favor."
Vincent Vaughan had extensive connections, but in the past, Vivian had always been reluctant to ask him for help.
If she was openly willing to involve him now, it meant she was dead set on making this happen.
Zoe nodded. "Understood."
Vivian grabbed her car keys and headed downstairs. Her original plan was to drive to Sterling Enterprises and pick up her boyfriend, but the moment she stepped into the parking garage, she spotted a woman pacing nervously.
Amara looked healthy. Her hair was up in a bun, and her beige coat made her look innocent and pristine. She was muttering something under her breath, though Vivian couldn't make out the words.
After watching her for a moment, Vivian grew bored. She crossed her arms and called out, "Hey."
