Chapter 456

Nathalie said, “Right downstairs in the car. You can come with me to see

her.”

Daniel frowned. “Why didn’t you bring her up?”

Saying that, he anxiously hurried toward the door.

‘Daniel, wait for me.” Winnie was just as anxious. She hadn’t seen her granddaughter in a long time and missed her dearly.

Daniel turned back to help Winnie walk forward.

Nathalie watched them leave, her eyes utterly cold.

‘Nathalie.”

Camilla’s gentle voice sounded. “Is Felice… doing alright?”

A clear look of mockery appeared in Nathalie’s eyes. “Do you care about Felice that much?”

Camilla’s eyes darted away. “We owe her. We’re just trying our best to make it up to her.”

What a noble bond,” Nathalie chuckled coldly, then turned and walked

out.

‘Nathalie…”

Camilla stared at her retreating back, feeling incredibly panicked. She had a sinking feeling that she wouldn’t be able to hold onto either of her daughters.

However, Nathalie ignored her entirely and quickly left the hospital.

The car was parked on the back street of the hospital. It was deserted and wouldn’t cause a scene.

As Nathalie approached, she saw Winnie holding Felice’s hand, crying,

while Daniel’s face was extremely dark.

Lance leaned against another car, a cigarette pinched between his fingers, watching the scene with indifferent eyes.

When he saw her appear, the coldness between his brows faded slightly. He put out the cigarette and walked straight toward her.

Seeing her looking perfectly normal, he knew she hadn’t been affected by Camilla, which put his mind at ease.

‘Nathalie, you vicious bitch! How dare you poison my granddaughter!”

Upon seeing her, Winnie’s face twisted in rage as she began cursing. The inger pointing at Nathalie was trembling slightly, her emotions so volatile she looked ready to pass out at any second.

Daniel glared at her icily as well. “How could you poison her? When did your heart get so twisted?”

Nathalie looked at him with absolute calm. “I learned it from you. With eachers as great as you, of course I’d master it quickly.”

Daniel’s face darkened even further, but he suppressed his temper and asked, “Where is the antidote?”

Nathalie scoffed. “Antidote?”

‘There’s no antidote!” Winnie shouted hysterically. “If you dare poison my granddaughter, then I’ll make sure that old hag Adelaide dies!”

‘Sure.” Nathalie stared at her coldly. “The poison Felice took isn’t the same as the one my grandmother took. Felice won’t die, but she’ll watch as her hands and feet rot away, slowly tasting the agony of a living hell. That kind of pain isn’t something an ordinary person can handle.”

She was completely making it up.

She had no idea what kind of poison Lance had prepared.

But in this situation, the more terrifying it sounded, the better.
