His apology was flawless. Paired with his strikingly handsome face and utmost sincerity, Grandma couldn't find it in her heart to stay mad.

She stayed silent for a long moment before finally sighing. "I just didn't know where you two went, so I was worried. Since you're out traveling, make sure you enjoy yourselves."

Lance nodded. "I know, Grandma."

He handed the phone back to Nathalie.

"You brat," Grandma chided with mock anger. "Since you're out, go have a good time. Don't worry about anything back here. I'm perfectly fine, and Lance has arranged everything well. Just relax."
