Chapter 296 I Am So Scared.

“Abraham, Derrick seems to have found me. How many people do you have with you?

The screech of tires and a sudden stop echoed not far away.

Stella’s breath hitched, and she whispered into the phone, ‘Abraham, did you brake?”

Just as the words left his mouth, a few more cars drove over, and more bodyguards stepped out.

His gaze, whether intentional or not, swept in the direction where Stella was hiding. His eyes, both reckless and icy, made Stella’s back break out in cold sweat.

Seeing the number of people now gathering, Stella quickly considered calling Abraham again, fearing that his team might not be enough.

“Hurry, search the area thoroughly,” Sebastian commanded, directing the team.

The group scattered instantly, with many heading down the small path, while three or four approached her direction.

Derrick lazily perched on the hood of the car.

Both Abraham and Derrick turned toward her, and Stella bolted toward Abraham, running faster than a rabbit.

Sebastian couldn’t help but twitch his lips as he watched Stella’s swift escape.

Abraham tossed the phone to Abel behind him and caught Stella with one arm.
