Willow didn't answer immediately. She was still trying to process the scene in front of her. She had assumed Silas might hire a couple of guys with a box truck. She hadn't expected a full-scale tactical operation.

The crew standing in the hallway belonged to a premium VIP relocation service. They wore immaculate dark uniforms, white gloves, and protective shoe covers. The foreman presented his ID and a strict non-disclosure agreement to Willow in a hushed tone, then stepped back, eyes lowered, waiting for her command.

Behind them, the crew carried thick quilted padding, custom wardrobe boxes, industrial shock-absorbing foam, and heavy-duty wooden crates. It looked like they were preparing to transport priceless museum artifacts, not her modest belongings.

Willow swallowed hard. The labor costs for this crew were definitely worth more than everything she owned combined.

"I understand that's standard for you," Willow reasoned. "You have massive, expensive estates. But I don't need this. My things aren't worth anything. The moving fee is probably higher than my entire net worth."
