Susannah walked closer. "How did you get so banged up? Weren't you just on a business trip? What exactly happened out there?"

Susannah's concern was real, but Vivienne knew perfectly well that compared to Julian's standing and the Sinclair Group's reputation, her well-being was insignificant to the matriarch.
