Tonight Her Love Ended novel Chapter 150

Nova's face instantly darkened.

Completely oblivious, Chloe kept ranting.

"You can tell just by looking at it that real effort went into this. That's not restaurant food—restaurants don't use ingredients like that. Tristan really spoils his mistress, cooking for her himself! And she has zero shame, actually bragging about it online!"

At this point, Chloe treated Yvette like a digital clown, purely watching her feed to see how completely classless and shameless she could get.

But when she turned around, she saw the look on Nova's face.

"Nova, what's wrong?"

Nova let out a cold, hollow laugh.

Now she knew why Tristan—a man who never went back on his word—was suddenly acting completely erratic and forcing her to cook again.

It was because Yvette liked the food, and he was making her cook it so Yvette could eat it.

She lowered her eyes, masking her emotions completely, just as her phone buzzed with a text.

It was Tristan's assistant: [Ma'am, no ginger next time. Mr. Forrester says skip dinner delivery and bring it tomorrow instead. Make sure it's a different menu.]

Nova remembered perfectly well that Tristan wasn't a picky eater. He ate all those garnishes just fine, except for scallions and garlic.

The sudden ban on ginger meant he was catering to Yvette's palate.

Chloe read the text over her shoulder and instantly connected the dots. She exploded in rage.

"What a total bitch! A mistress eating food cooked by the legal wife? What the hell does she think you are, her personal chef?! She definitely knows you made this, and she's actually putting in requests!"

Chloe was shaking with anger, grabbing Nova's arm. "Don't cook for them! Text them back and tell them to go to hell! I have never in my life seen a man force his wife to cook for his side piece! Tristan is a piece of trash! Divorce him!"

Nova sat silently at her desk for a long moment, slowly digesting the humiliation. Finally, she said, "One step at a time."
