In the early morning of the next day, at AW Corporation's CEO office.

The secretary came in with some documents for Taylor and was about to leave when Taylor stopped her.

"Have you arranged the meeting with Clara yet?"

"Ms. Calloway didn't take her car out yesterday! My guys have been tailing her, I'll know the moment she steps out!"

Taylor rubbed his temples, "Alright, get back to work."

He got up feeling frustrated and walked over to the floor-to-ceiling window.

Right now, he had no idea who was trying to harm Clara, let alone what he should do! If he meddles too much, Emmett will definitely find out! That would just confirm the report and give the person behind this the upper hand.

If he does nothing, he'll be extremely uneasy.

The thought of Clara possibly being targeted by someone else made him restless, he couldn't even concentrate on his work.

Taylor turned around to answer, "Hello, Taylor speaking."

"Hello Mr. Atwood, this is Wanda, the chief editor of Starling Media."

"I was wondering if you could spare some time to meet with me today?" Wanda's voice was slightly hesitant, like she was dealing with a tricky situation.

The secretary nodded, "Alright, got it."

Taylor drove alone to the coffee shop downstairs of Starling Media. Not long after he had entered, he saw chief editor Wanda walking in.

"Mr. Atwood!" Upon seeing him, Wanda seemed quite excited, quickly walked over and pulled out the chair across from Taylor, "I'm really sorry to disturb you at this hour, I wouldn't have done so if it wasn't urgent."

"It's okay, spill it. What's so important that it requires a face-to-face?" Taylor picked up his coffee and took a sip.

His mere presence was already drawing attention from quite a few girls around.

The gazes made Taylor feel a bit uncomfortable.

"Oh, that is how it happened. We've been cooperating with your company, and both parties were satisfied. However, due to this recent leak, I understand you might be upset!" Wanda sighed and watched Taylor's reaction carefully, "But we've been misunderstood! The whistleblower demanded that we release the news, or else she'd spill it to other media outlets!"
