There wasn’t any footage. Celeste had already wiped the recordings after overhearing Indigo say in the school nurse’s office that Serena had stopped by.

Angela asked, “Taylor, did anything go missing from your lab?”

Celeste’s gut told her Taylor was getting suspicious. She was sure she had deleted the footage inside the lab. As for the cameras outside... that was a different story.

Taylor’s lab was covered not only by its own surveillance but also by the school’s security system.

As long as the indoor footage was gone, even if the exterior cameras caught Serena entering the lab, there was still a chance to explain it away.
