When Two Winters Met (Henrietta and Yosef) novel Chapter 333

Matteo didn't respond to her at all.

Artina fell silent.

Yosef and his group left the hospital.

Winona Stetson knew the couple probably had a lot to talk about, so she said, "Henrietta, I'm going to drive back to the office to take care of some things."

"Okay," Henrietta nodded.

Winona drove off.

Henrietta got into the car with Yosef, and Calvert started the engine.

As the car pulled away, Yosef didn't waste another second. He drew her into his embrace, his mouth crashing against hers in a searing, hungry kiss that left her breathless.

He kissed her lips with a fiery passion.

Really… they had only been apart for three days.

Henrietta froze for a moment, and for some reason... She felt an instinctive urge to push him away.

She didn't know why. Maybe… it was because of the incident with Britney Leland?

When it came to kissing, Henrietta had never resisted Yosef… and Yosef had always been quite domineering in that regard.

Henrietta raised her hands to push him.

Feeling her resistance, Yosef frowned, but his kiss didn't let up. Instead… he forcefully pinned her hands and continued to kiss her deeply.

"Mmph…" Henrietta was trapped by his kiss, with no room to retreat.

But he only pushed harder, demanding more.

Ultimately, Henrietta couldn't resist the raw dominance in his touch and simply lost herself in the kiss.

Her body gradually softened, no longer able to resist.

She didn't know how long they kissed, but the temperature inside the car seemed to rise slowly until Yosef finally released her lips.

Henrietta’s face was flushed, and her lips were puffy and stung from the heat of his kiss, looking utterly irresistible.

"Calvert, back to Elysium Manor," Yosef ordered in a husky voice.

Furrowing her brow, she added, "Wait, didn't you find any other evidence?"

With Yosef being so resourceful, it seemed impossible that he couldn't find anything.

Yosef said, "She's quite clever. The whole time, it was just the two of them walking and talking, face-to-face. No recordings, no record of a financial transaction. It's impossible to know what they said or what happened after she went back to his apartment with him."

Henrietta raised an eyebrow. “They went back to his apartment together?”

"Yes." Yosef nodded. "The city's surveillance cameras caught it."

Henrietta was speechless for a couple of seconds, then she asked, “What do you think they did?”

Yosef looked down at her. "What do you think, Henrietta?"

Henrietta’s expression was hard to read.

Yosef continued, "No money changed hands, he was her biggest fan, and they went back to his apartment. What could they have done? It's not hard to guess, is it?"

Henrietta couldn’t help but say, “But... How could she stomach that?”

Her words made Yosef laugh. "You can't judge Artina by normal standards."
