Chapter 402 Delivering the Lunch Box
The moment his hand touched her, Shirley’s face darkened with rage.
She struck first!
Before the man could even react, she grabbed his wrist with one hand and pinned it to the table.
With her other hand, she stabbed him hard with the steel fork!
“Ahhh!!”
The man’s hand was nailed to the table in an instant!
Veins bulging, he couldn’t move lat all.
Blood gushed out, quickly spilling all over the floor.
Finished
Shirley radiated a dangerous, out-of-control energy. Only Luke, standing beside her, could barely stay calm.
She grinned wickedly. “Sir, are you having fun?”
Mike stood there, wide-eyed. “That is so cool…”
Carlos said, “Are you out of your mind?”
The Blue Star Military Academy library was huge. Thora took a while inside before finally finding the elevator to go upstairs.
Thirteenth floor, Section B, by the window…
After finding the spot, she walked straight toward it.
There was a book left on the seat, but no one was there.
Maybe the person reading had stepped away for a bit.
As she reached the spot, her steps suddenly paused. Her eyes scanned the seat.
There were still traces of the ability wave.
She hid the flicker of surprise in her eyes, put her things down, and got ready to leave.
But the moment she turned, she suddenly ran into a solid wall of muscle.
Her instincts made her jump back several steps.
With her senses, it was impossible for anyone to approach her without her noticing!
Unless the person opposite was stronger than her, or used some stealth technique to hide their presence.

Chapter 402 Delivering the Lunch Box
“Today, you’re the one bringing me lunch,” the man said, his voice cold and flat.
Thora looked at him and nodded. “Yeah.”
The man wore a black-blue uniform. He was tall and lean, with sharp, distant features.
Even she could feel an invisible pressure just standing near him.
He stared at her, his gaze locked on her eyes.
Finished
In that single second, Thora felt like she was being studied, and her whole body tensed up. She stared back at him without flinching.
Their eyes met, and their mental energy clashed silently.
Both of their gazes were sharp and cold, and there was a strange sense of similarity between them.
The man was the first to look away, calmly turning his attention to the food on the table. “You can leave
now.”
Thora nodded and got ready to leave.
The sound of his boots echoed on the floor, casting bright reflections across the room.
Adrian didn’t glance at her again. He sat down, but didn’t touch the food at all.
