Darius let out a low chuckle. “Deal.” That single word carried unmistakable affection.

Whispers and speculation spread like wildfire. Everyone tried to figure out who they were, especially the masked man. But one thing was clear-they were close. The silver-masked man’s protective stance and dominance over the teen showed clearly that they were a same-sex couple.

Roxen studied Darius sharply for a moment before slowly looking away, confusion churning inside him. Was it Draven? But the aura was completely different.

He’d only met Draven briefly during the third round of the freshmen assessment in the game world. That Draven had been obsessive, dark, and distant-not this kind of confident, devoted

presence.

And why was he here? Why help Thora?
