Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 1114

The atmosphere around the dining table felt incredibly tense.

Heaton was spectating and seemed to be staying out of it.

As Little Jelly Bean ate her baby food, she held onto her little fork and picked up her favorite shrimp fried egg for Yanny, buttering up to her with her childish tone, "Aunty Yanny, this is my favorite and I'm giving it to you. Can you stay in my house and sleep with me tonight?"

As Yanny stared at Little Jelly Bean's huge and innocent eyes, she could hear Shayne who was sitting in front of her coldly exclaim “No!” before she could refuse her.

Both Yanny and Little Jelly Bean looked toward him at the same time.

Little Jelly Bean frowned as she stared at Shayne and said, "Why not? Aunty Yanny has already agreed to marry my daddy!”

Yanny looked at Shayne with a nervous gaze.

Shayne felt uncomfortable from being stared at by her as he said, "No means no! Your daddy and Aunty Yanny haven't even gotten their marriage certificate so what are they doing by living together? Did you know it'll have a negative impact?"

Little Jelly Bean did not know what he meant as she frowned hard.

Heaton teased, "I never knew that for someone who usually behaves so poorly, you could actually be a law-abiding citizen when you're serious, Shayne."

Shayne scoffed as he said, "I'm not as pretentious as someone to betray their friends behind their back."

He sounded extremely jealous.

The entire meal felt incredibly hostile.

Little Jelly Bean felt drowsy when evening came. Not long after she was done with her meal, she fell asleep while lying in Heaton's arms.

Heaton carried the little rascal upstairs.

Shayne could not be bothered to stay in the Fudd family home any longer as he ignored Yanny. He walked by Yanny and left the Fudd family home.

The instant he walked by Yanny, she smiled and although she was not looking at him, she told him, "Shayne, If you're free, why don't you come over and hang out at my place?"

The way she invited him was not humble at all. She did not seem too desperate and was even quite generous.

The corner of Shayne's eyes was slightly raised but he did not stop as he walked out of the house. He simply muttered in an extremely cold tone, "I'm not free."

Yanny was not angry after being rejected by him as she went after him in her high heels.

While Jake burrowed into the driver's seat, he noticed that Yanny was chasing after Shayne through the window.

Just as Shayne was about to pull the door handle and enter the car, she asked generously, "Do you mind giving me a ride, Shayne?"

She was not shy at all and was blatantly flirting with him.

While Shayne held onto the door, he glared at her before pridefully pointing at the few luxury cars in the Fudd family home's courtyard with his chin and said, "That man isn't sending you back? Aren't you his daughter's mother?"

Yanny replied in a very smooth manner, "I won't be lucky enough to be Little Jelly Bean's mother in my lifetime. The most I'd be is her godmother."

'Oh, after dwelling on it for half a day, she's nothing more than her godmother.'

The little rascal even made it seem like her father would marry Yanny at any random moment.

Shayne turned around and entered the car.

Just as the door was about to close, Yanny held onto the door and flirted with him as if it was their first meeting in the rain. "Shayne, it's ungentlemanly for you to make a girl stand outside a car."

Shayne glared at her and said, "I never said that I was a gentleman."

She knew he would say that.

With a loud thud, Shayne shut the door.
