Yanni forced Lucy into the Bentley before he locked the car doors. She tried to get out, but it was in vain.
Just as Yanni started the car, she saw River with the breakfast he bought as he entered the hospital.
Yanni noticed Lucy's gaze. He looked at River and sneered, "And here I thought you're marrying an amazing man. He looks so ordinary."
Lucy bit her lip. She glared at Yanni and slapped him. "Who I marry is none of your business!"
Yanni grabbed her wrist. Then he touched her baby bump with another hand and said, "Don't you remember what you said, Lucy?"
Lucy glared at him. "It was a ruse right from the beginning! And it has ended!"
"Since it was a lie, why didn't you keep it going for the rest of your life? Why marry another man? Why would you want to have another man's baby?" Yanni's face was flushed, and his eyes were red.
Lucy cowered. That man was extremely frightening if he were to lose his temper.
Yanni had treated her too gently; that was why she had not seen his true colors.
Lucy struggled, but Yanni kissed her forcibly. The more she tried to avoid him, the more aggressive he became.
The kiss did not have a hint of gentleness; it was aggressive and possessive. He even bit Lucy's lips till they bled.
Lucy's eyes were red, and she punched Yanni's chest. "Yanni! We've broken up! Who gives you the right to meddle in my life?"
