Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 832

When Boyle got off work from his law firm, Natalie 'coincidentally' ran into him.

"Boyle!"

Boyle raised his brows a little before turning around to look at her. He noticed Natalie was rushing toward him with a backpack.

"You are?" Boyle found her very familiar but he had no idea who she was.

Natalie introduced herself to him, "Boyle, I'm Cherie's roommate, Natalie. The truth is, we actually met more than once now. Don't you remember me?"

"Sorry, I don't."

Natalie's outstretched hand went stiff and felt awkward from being treated so coldly by Boyle.

"It's fine. Now we officially know each other."

Boyle said while pushing his bike away, "If there's nothing else, I'll be on my way."

Natalie instinctively reached out to grab the front end of his bike before staring at Boyle with a pleading gaze as she said, "I need to head back to school too, Boyle. It's really far from here. Can you be kind enough to give me a ride back too?"

Boyle said while looking at the back of his bike, "Sorry, there aren't any seats on my bike."

Natalie was speechless.

Natalie squeezed her fingers as she knew just how often Cherie got to sit on the front end of his bike.

However, Natalie was not someone who would back down so easily as she forced a sad, depressing look. She continued to plead, "Boyle, can I sit in front, please? Taking a cab here to school is really expensive. Just think of it as a good deed and give me a ride back to school."

Boyle's face looked completely devoid of emotion as he simply refused, "No."

"Why?"

Boyle frowned and seemed quite impatient as he replied, "It's inconvenient."

Natalie was speechless.

Boyle left after leaving her with such a heartless reply.

Natalie stood on the same spot. She was furiously stomping her feet as she thought to herself just how difficult of a person Boyle was.

She wondered just what kind of cheap tricks Cherie used to capture Boyle's heart.

She was as clingy as Cherie, so why did Boyle not even bother to acknowledge her?

She would not give up since even Cherie was rejected by him several times, so as long as she was persistent enough, she would be able to snatch Boyle for herself.

Boyle picked Cherie up when he arrived at her school.

Cherie asked while she sat on the front end, "Boyle, can we have some shrimps tonight?"

"You want to eat shrimp?" Boyle happened to be excellent in making shrimps.

"Yeah."

He recalled his meeting with Natalie earlier at the law firm, so Boyle asked, "How close are you to your roommates?"

Cherie was stunned. She did not expect Boyle to be interested in her relationship with her other friends. She turned around and cracked a huge smile at him.

He seemed to be getting increasingly more caring toward her.

"Um… I'm pretty close to Joy and Mandy but there's one person that I'm not too close with. Are you planning to bring us closer together, Boyle?"

Boyle replied, "Stay away from her."

"Her? Who are you talking about?"

"Natalie."

Cherie was puzzled as she asked, "How did you meet Natalie and how did you know that I have issues with her?"

Boyle lowered his gaze and stared at her before saying, "Man, you'd be completely clueless even when someone else came to snatch your boyfriend away."
