Passionate Devotion: Master Fudd's Beloved Wife novel Chapter 983

The following morning, Boyle got up early as usual.

Even though Boyle was sleeping over in the Fudd family home, his habit of cooking breakfast for Cherie never changed.

Verian woke up early as well and wanted to make a simple breakfast for the family. However, when she approached the kitchen, she noticed Boyle, who was dressed in a white shirt with his sleeves folded up, standing in front of the stove and frying an egg.

The scene was oddly heartwarming.

Verian smiled and greeted him, "Morning, Boyle."

Boyle replied, "Good morning."

Verian walked over to him and intended to help out. However, Boyle said, "I'll be fine all alone here. You can head on out."

"Wow, judging from the looks of things, Jelly Bean doesn't have to worry about a thing about being spoiled for taste now."

Verian commented as she stared at the perfectly made fried egg on the pan.

Boyle cracked a calm smile as he replied in a clear voice, "Oh, it's nothing special really. I'm not exactly that good at cooking anyway."

"Oh, you're too humble now."

After Verian poured herself a glass of water and drank a few sips, she could not help but ask, "I had a heart to heart talk with Jelly Bean last night and she said that you guys aren't planning to have children. What do you actually think of that?"

Boyle replied while making a sandwich, "My attention will be split if we have a child and I won't be able to care as much about her feelings as I want to anymore. If that's the case, I'll feel like I never gave her my best in our marriage. If a couple's relationship is strong enough, a child is nothing more than a materialistic need at that point. It doesn't matter if we don't want one. All I want is to spoil Madam Lawson as much as I'm able to. Nothing else matters."

A bright glint flashed across Verian's eyes.

She thought that even if the person she married was Heaton and even if Heaton loved her a lot, Verian never knew that love could actually be this unreasonably barbaric. Such limitless love that was without any boundaries and principles only proved how much he absolutely loved her.

It seemed that Cherie was the most important person in Boyle's world and any other matters that were viewed as important to the common folk were nothing to him.

It was New Year’s Eve.

This was the first New Year’s Eve Boyle and Cherie celebrated as a married couple.

Cherie did not return to the Fudd family home to celebrate the new year as all she did was join the Fudd family for lunch with Boyle before returning to the villa on Lake Street.

Both Boyle and Cherie returned to the village and brought Sonia back with them two days ago.

When they returned from the Fudd family home, they noticed Sonia wrapping dumplings by the dining table.

After Cherie entered the house, she washed her hands and ran over to knead some dough for fun.

Boyle had also washed his hands and joined them.

The dumplings Cherie wrapped looked ugly and this made Sonia laugh.

Sonia teased as she picked up the dumplings Cherie made, "This is none other than Cherie's special dumplings. I'm pretty sure Boyle will only be eating the ones you made later."

Cherie facepalmed and said, "They're too ugly now. I'm just going to eat them all by myself."

Sonia chuckled and said, "It's not an art project so even if it's wrapped badly, it'll still taste the same."

Boyle's phone began to ring and it was work related.
