Since Boyle had to return to work after the ninth day of the spring break, Boyle brought Cherie back to the capital.
Huntley and Whitney invited Boyle and Cherie for a hike on the last day of their spring break.
They had hiked up to Pride Mountain together seven years ago.
They were young back then and the memories they shared were beautiful.
This time however, Whitney decided to take the cable car up the mountain while Boyle and Cherie hiked up the mountain.
Thus, Huntley took the cable car up the mountain with Whitney.
Boyle was holding onto Cherie's little hand as they slowly climbed their way up the mountain.
However, as they reached the half-way point, Cherie did not want to continue climbing up the mountain as she said, "Boyle, I'm exhausted."
Boyle stared at her with a loving gaze as he squatted down in front of her without hesitation as he said, "Get on, I'll carry you up."
Cherie cracked a huge smile exposing her rows of pearly whites as she got onto Boyle's back and hugged his neck with her arms. She said with a huge smile, "Boyle, do you remember that you carried me up the mountain seven years ago at the same spot as well?"
Boyle carried his wife and replied with a loving tone, "I do."
How could he possibly forget.
Cherie tilted her head and stared at the side of his handsome face as she said, "Promise me that you'll carry me for a lifetime."
"Of course."
Cherie mumbled, "I've gained weight from all of your relentless feeding recently. Don't you feel that I'm a little heavier now?"
"Yeah, you are indeed a little heavier now."
Cherie was speechless.
She wondered if she was actually a pig.
The woman glared at him and exclaimed, "I'm only ninety pounds!"
Boyle said, "Well, I'm carrying the weight of my entire world on my back so it'll obviously feel heavy."
The woman had a smug grin on her face as she laid on top of his back.
Cherie laid on Boyle's shoulder after a brief moment as she said, "Boyle, if you continue feeding me the same way that you do now, what should we do when I become extremely fat?"
Boyle could not help but laugh as he said, "Oh please, just look at how scrawny you are. Even if you were to eat chocolate cakes every single day, you'd barely weigh a hundred pounds."
"How would you know? Didn't you tell me that I won't reach ninety pounds of weight back then? Look at me now, I already weigh ninety pounds."
"Gain ten more pounds for me then."
Cherie inched closer to his ear and yelled into it, "If I get any fatter, I'm worried you might not be able to carry me anymore!"
"I'd still be able to carry you even if you've gained twenty pounds more."
"I'd be really fat then!"
Boyle said, "It's good to be a little fat."
'A little is fine, just a little more will do.'
Cherie reached out and mischievously pulled her husband's ears as she said, "Boyle, you'll have to work harder by feeding me more food then."
"Let's set a goal first. We'll have our target at ninety-five pounds."
Cherie found the goal to be a little difficult since she had never once weighed ninety-five pounds. Ninety pounds alone was the heaviest she had ever been.
"Although I don't think I'm able to reach the goal, I trust you."
Boyle chuckled and asked, "Trust me with what exactly?"
Cherie replied, "I trust anything you say!"
They took several breaks and pauses as they hiked up the mountain while they talked and it did not take them long to reach the peak.
Cherie did a backflip from Boyle's neck as she got down from Boyle's back and immediately ran toward the weeping willow tree.
"Hurry up Boyle, let's take a picture together!"
They had taken a picture at the same tree seven years ago.
