"Dining at our restaurant guarantees a fantastic experience. The butternut squash risotto is our signature dish made with the natural sweetness of roasted squash. Rest assured, no added sugar is used, so you can enjoy the dish in its purest form.

"The apricot-glazed chicken is another signature dish of ours. The glaze is made by caramelizing apricot preserves, creating a beautiful golden color. It has a balance of sweetness and tanginess, similar to the flavors found in Northern cuisine. It's definitely worth a try."

Upon being mistaken as a couple, Nadine tried to clarify in a hurry, "We're not—"

But before she could finish, Sebastian interrupted her. "Nadine, I think both dishes sound great. Let's try them. You should order a few dishes you like too, and maybe some sides as well. That should be enough."

Sebastian actually enjoyed being mistaken for a couple. The idea that others saw him and Nadine as lovers lifted his mood, bringing a smile to his face.

The waiter was observant. He could tell that Nadine and Sebastian weren't ordinary people. He knew that they had to be wealthy. So, he eagerly recommended a few more dishes to Nadine.

Behind a screen not too far away, Brad sat alone at his table. He occasionally glanced over at Nadine's table while hiding his lean figure behind the screen.

Brad wanted to rush over and loudly question Nadine about why she was dining with another man. But he had no reason or courage to do so.
