Yves skillfully unzipped Evelyn's puffer jacket, but instead of reaching inside, he traced circles over her chest through the fabric.
"Our daughter? Are you talking about Jeanie? What happened? I thought Brad and Nadine were getting divorced. We need to stay calm and collected, now more than ever."
Evelyn felt herself melt under his touch. Pressing herself against him, she sunk her teeth into his neck.
"That little witch must've cast a spell on Brad. He's completely lost his mind. Now, no matter what anyone says, he refuses to divorce Nadine. It's like he's determined to cling to that wretched woman."
Then, she panted. "Stop, Yves. I can't take it anymore. Let's go inside!"
Yves smirked, his hands growing bolder as he lifted her woolen skirt and targeted her inner thighs. "Is that all? Why are you getting all worked up over such a minor issue? There are plenty of ways to get Brad to divorce that little bitch. Here's the plan…" He leaned in and whispered into her ear.
Lost in the moment, Evelyn's eyes lit up. "That sounds like a great idea! Let's do that!"
Yves stopped what he was doing, his gaze darkening. "Since I've solved your problem, you'll have to make it worth my while."
Evelyn knew exactly what he wanted. Without hesitation, she unbuckled his belt and kissed him.
From afar, Daniel's private investigator watched the scene unfold from behind a large tree, growing increasingly frustrated. He could tell what the couple was doing, but he couldn't get a clear shot. How could he not be antsy?
