The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson) novel Chapter 1764

Coral was choked for words in gratitude. “You gave me a second chance in life.”

“Don’t say that, Ms. Jones.” Justin curled his lips and replied tenderly, “It was all you. You saved yourself.”

Bella said, “Oh, right. What were you saying earlier, Ms. Jones?”

“James will never make it out of prison alive.”

Coral handed over a USB drive, her eyes bloodshot. “I took a recording of James’ phone conversation with an individual. He was with a woman on a cruise last week. Just for the kick of it, he injected the woman with substances, and she died of an overdose.

“He hired someone—the guy on the phone—to take care of the woman’s body. While James was asleep, I checked his phone for the individual’s number. I don’t think the guy knows I’m onto him, so if the police get the case right, we should be able to seize James’ accomplice.”

Bella and Justin were taken aback.

James deserved to die for his crimes. However, the news of another victim only deepened Bella and Justin’s pain.

“Also, my brother is at the police station, ready to confess his part in aiding James to cook the books and embezzle funds. That’s all we can do, Ms. Thompson and Mr. Salvador. We will be cheering you on,” Coral said in a soft voice, her tone carrying guilt.

Unable to hold her emotions back anymore, Bella burst into tears and hugged Coral tight. Tears quickly soaked Coral’s shoulders.

Amid the media’s flashing light, a grimacing James was escorted into the police car.

Before taking off, Ralph noticed Carrie, who was in Ryan’s arms, not too far away.

Even in a crowd, Ralph could spot the adorable face anywhere. Her face was etched in his mind.

‘Carrie is doing great. It’s a good thing that she was always met with love and protection.’ With that in mind, Ralph shifted his fervent gaze away.
