“Bella... Do you really have a way?” Nigel’s clouded eyes finally revealed a glimmer of hope.
Bella hesitated briefly before speaking softly, “Grandpa Nigel, this method is no trivial matter. It could even affect the Salvador Corporation’s equity structure and impact your interests and Chairman Salvador’s as well.”
Hearing this, Nigel immediately understood. “Bella, are you saying...”
“To be honest, over the past couple of days, I’ve taken advantage of the Salvador Corporation’s stock decline to acquire a small portion of shares. I now hold a minor stake in the company.”
She continued. “I was wondering if you might consider transferring a portion of your shares to me. This would allow me to become one of the major shareholders and gain a position on the board of directors. With your shares, mine, and Justin’s combined, the three of us could stand against Chairman Salvador and Grant. This would prevent Grant from monopolizing power.”
Bella furrowed her brows, quickly weighing the pros and cons. “Right now, Chairman Salvador clearly favors Grant. Even if he doesn’t transfer his shares to him, as long as he continues to support him unconditionally, the group’s future development—and even its survival—will remain under Grant’s control.”
Fearing that Nigel might overthink, she quickly added, “But, Grandpa Nigel, this is just a suggestion. After all, I’m an outsider, and transferring Salvador Corporation shares is no small matter. You should think it over carefully before deciding.”
“Let’s do as you said!” Nigel’s eyes gleamed brightly as he struggled to sit up.
Bella hurriedly supported him.
“Bella... You are not an outsider. You are my granddaughter-in-law. No! You are my family, part of this household, forever!”
Bella’s lips tightened as a blush crept over her delicate face.
“To be honest, I’ve already been considering this for some time. I just never found the right opportunity.” Nigel held her hand tightly, his eyes brimming with tears. “The Salvador Corporation is facing turbulent times. Bella... You must help me and Justin. Ensure that the Salvador Corporation overcomes this crisis. It must not...”
Bella’s gaze sharpened. “It must not fall into Grant’s hands, right?”
Tears filled Nigel’s eyes as he nodded emphatically. “Twenty years ago... I made a mistake. I wronged Maya and her family. I aided the wicked, so I cannot repeat the same mistake this time.”

The readers' comments on the novel: The Divorced Heiress Revenge (Bella Thompson)
I am reading this book from last year. Its very long story but at start i find enjoyable.Still there is no closure , dragging the story and the writer is running out of ideas. Its frustrating that they don't upload chapters regularly....
If you are about to start reading this “ongoing” book….don’t. It’s a great read but mo regular updates and leaves you hanging. Took me months to get to chapter 2370 (this app only has it to chapter 2368….learned to search different links to read ahead a bit). These ongoing books are just not worth the time since their author (s) take days/weeks to upload new chapters. Again great sultry, long drawn out at times, but not worth the frustration of no new updates....
No update in 6 days!!! Really??? I’m about over this story and ready to move on, the wait is to long....
Pls update regularly or least let us know why it's taking so long...
Ok I was thinking last night. I really hope the author hasn’t been affected by hurricane Helene. Not sure where they are located but I hope everyone is safe...
It’s been 87 years since the update with only 2 chapters. 🙄...
Why is it taking so long to update chapters....
Do u have plans to update more chapters or the story just end on Chapter 2270? It's been a while that no more chapter has been loaded yet. ty...
Pls update...
Please update. Thanks and more power!...
