He looked at Yvonne hatefully. "Thanks to you, the company has suspended all my projects."

Even though he had his own studio, he still heavily relied on the company. If Xavier hadn't been a promising talent, the company would never have supported his attempts to promote new talent.

Yvonne looked at Jared's furious expression and said with disdain, "I want to help you too, but I can barely help myself right now. What can I do?"

Jared tightened his grip on her wrist and refused to back down. "That's your problem. If you dare to leave me, then I'll go to the media and tell them how you've been using your son for money."

He looked at Xavier. "I wonder if Xavier knows that you've been using him all along? The poor kid probably thinks that you actually love him."
