Charlotte was surprised to find Arthur still here. It seemed that he hadn’t slept last night either. 

Charlotte just glanced at him and then looked away, walking straight towards the kitchen. 

Arthur looked at her slender back and frowned. He had insomnia again last night and a headache. Her cold and resolute look kept appearing in his mind. 

He couldn’t understand why she suddenly wanted to divorce him after five years. He thought, “She could tolerate my indifference before. Why can’t she tolerate it now? I even promised her that I would give her the warmth she wanted. As my wife, what else is she not satisfied with?” 

With this in mind, Arthur had sat on the sofa all night, but he still couldn’t figure it out. 

After what had happened last night, Charlotte became even colder towards Arthur, as if they were enemies. 

Just then, Arthur’s mobile phone rang. He took it out and saw that it was Barrett calling. 

Arthur answered the phone in a cold tone, “What’s up?”

Barrett said, “The surveillance footage of Charlotte entering your room five years ago was fake. In the real one, someone helped her into your room.”

Arthur thought, “Charlotte had also been plotted against. She is innocent.”

“Absolutely true.” Barrett was very sure. “I asked an expert în this field to check the surveillance footage and found this.
