“Oh, I see. That makes sense.” Freya nodded as she shut down her computer, suddenly remembering it was time for her lunch break. “Do you need anything else?”

Louis studied her curiously. “Since when did you start taking lunch breaks?”

Freya stiffened. Crap. The original character had always kept erratic hours, but ever since she arrived in this world, she had been maintaining a strict routine. The difference was definitely noticeable.

“Well… you see, I just realized my previous schedule was terrible. My health wasn’t great, so I forced myself to make a change. At first, I couldn’t sleep, but yesterday was better. You should try it too–taking a nap at noon helps you feel more refreshed in the afternoon. It makes you more productive.”

Louis neither agreed nor disagreed. “Then go rest.” With that, he stood up and returned to his room, leaving Freya standing there, feeling a bit anxious. Did I say something wrong?

After ending the call, Louis set his phone down. His gaze landed on the bed beside him, and Freya’s words from earlier echoed in his mind. Is napping really that beneficial?

Before he realized it, he had already laid down on the bed. As his body relaxed, the corners of his lips curled up slightly. Huh, this actually feels nice. When was the last time I have taken a proper nap? Three or four years ago?

Freya stepped out of her room, stretching with a satisfied sigh. She went to the bathroom to splash some water on her face. Just as she walked out, she saw Louis emerging from his room as well. His eyes still carried traces of drowsiness, and with his strikingly handsome features, he looked effortlessly captivating.
