After exiting the newest tweet, Freya scrolled down Louis’s profile, browsing through older posts. Most of them were work- related updates, with the occasional repost of finance news clips. A few included short video segments. Some included video clips. Curious, she tapped on one.

There he was–Louis. And no matter how she looked at it, the guy was ridiculously good–looking.

To be fair, Louis had always been ridiculously handsome. He didn’t need a suit or a spotlight–he looked put–together even on an ordinary Tuesday. They’d been living together for a while now, and Freya still found herself sneaking glances. But she liked to think she’d built up some resistance by this point. Mostly, anyway.

The earliest post with a video was from two years ago. The comments underneath were something else.

“Forget actors–this guy makes everyone else look basic. Who needs Hollywood charm when you’ve got someone like him? He’s the total package–smart, powerful, and ridiculously good–looking. He’s a one–man money machine–how could anyone compete with that?”

J–Okay, it’s official. As of today, I have a new husband. And he’s the head of Graham Group.”

“I wish he’d post more. I check his profile every day, just hoping for something new. At this point, I’m surviving off screenshots and daydreams.”

“I don’t think I can fangirl over another public figure after this. Mr. Graham is the real deal. That face, that presence–how is anyone supposed to top that?

“I can’t even imagine the kind of woman it takes to marry someone like that. Honestly, I’d be happy just having a guy who looked like him–even if he didn’t have the money. Real life is trash. Everyone around me feels like a downgrade.”

“Okay, yeah–I’m clearly the only dude in this thread, and yeah, it’s a little awkward. But Louis’s business strategy videos? Insanely good. Total respect. I’m actually using his business strategy as the core of my senior thesis,”

“I’d give anything just to be close to him–even as something as small as a watch on his wrist.”

Two years ago that was back when Louis was at his peak. Maybe one of those clips was what first got people’s attention and led them to follow his Twitter in the first place.

Still, judging by how the account was run, it probably wasn’t even him behind it. Everything was strictly business–polished but impersonal. And even with fans flooding his replies, he hadn’t responded to a single one. It felt like he was just doing his duty–posting and leaving it at that.

Meanwhile, the comments were flooded with women calling him “hubby.” Freya felt a pang of guilt. With all that attention, she–the actual wife–hadn’t even followed his account,

She kept it simple and posted a comment on his latest tweet. “Congrats on the comeback, Louis. Wishing you even more success ahead and a future brighter than ever.

Louis, who had been casually glancing at his phone throughout the meeting, didn’t see a reply from Freya right away. But a Twitter notification popped up instead. He didn’t think much of it and turned his attention back to the meeting.

Louis replied calmly. “Orders are already backed up ten days. Most people are still on the fence, but the demo centers are fully booked for the next fifteen. A lot of players who tried it today are already queuing up for another round. Right now, we’re trending at the top on both the forums and Twitter.”
