Chapter 272 Aiden’s Dating Advice
Louis replied quickly: “Got it. Focus on your studies.”
Aiden grinned slyly. For the sake of a happy future, he was determined to keep helping hist uncle win Freya over–sooner or later, he’d make it happen.
After two days of bliss, Freya planned to take Aiden out for some fun. She thought Louis would be working, but to her surprise, he insisted on joining them.
“You sure it’s okay for you to skip work? It feels like you’ve already taken time off for me a few times,” she said.
Aiden swayed his head dramatically. “Freya, we’re going out to have fun–of course uncle has to come! You’re gorgeous, and I’m adorable. What if someone tries to snatch us away? Uncle could lose both his girlfriend and his nephew!”
Louis flicked Aiden’s forehead. “Good point. I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting you go out
got the time, we might as well stop by the mall too. I said I’d get you alone anyway. Since I’ve a few things, and it’s been a few days–we’re overdue.”
“So we’re going to be out for a while then?” Freya hesitated. “I didn’t pack any food or drinks.”
Aiden gave her a look and spoke like a wise old man, full of conviction.
“Freya, we’re rich now. We can eat whatever we want. Sure, your cooking is a treat, but you don’t need to make every meal anymore. Expensive stuff isn’t a problem for us now–even if a bottle of water costs a hundred bucks, we can afford it.”
Freya looked sheepish. “Right, I forgot. Alright then, let me unpack and switch to a smaller bag.”
-bag. Being rich really did make life easier, even packing light was an option now. You never know what might happen, after all. Still, Freya ended up tossing a small bottle of water into !
This trip to the amusement park was way more relaxed than the last one. Aiden got to play whatever he wanted, with Freya and Louis trailing behind him, staying close for everything Whenever they came across something even slightly risky, Louis stepped in protectively without hesitation–so much so that Aiden couldn’t help twitching at the corners of his mouth.
They didn’t stay too long. After lunch, they checked into a random hotel for a nap, planning to head to the mall in the afternoon.

Chapter 272 Aiden’s Dating Advice
While napping, Aiden shared a room with Louis. Dressed in pajamas, he lay on the bed kicking his little legs, still chattering away.
“Uncle, you and Freya are so lovey–dovey–how have you not locked her down yet? I can’t wait for the day you don’t have to come sleep with me anymore. Then I won’t have to worry about her dumping you.”
Louis paused mid–sip from his teacup. “And why not you?”
Aiden sighed dramatically. “I’m adorable–there’s no way Freya would dump me. Even if she
and you did dump you, I could still go find her. But you’re different–if she dumped you went looking for her, she probably wouldn’t give you the time of day.”
Louis had to admit, the kid made a valid point. He took another sip of water. “Don’t worry. She’s not going anywhere.”
Aiden rolled over and hugged the blanket to his chest. With his face buried in it, his voice came out slightly muffled.
“Okay, but you better step it up. My dad always said that when it comes to finding a wife, you’ve got to be quick, decisive, and aggressive. Only the meat you’ve already put in your mouth counts as yours–what’s still on the plate might get snatched.”
Louis walked over and gave the kid a light pat on his exposed rear. “Don’t hug the blanket. Lie down properly and go to sleep.”
The little guy squirmed a bit but eventually flopped flat, letting Louis tuck the blanket over him. “I’m serious, though. You need to try harder. I’ll help create opportunities for you.”
without missing a beat. “Go “No need to worry about that. Just focus on your studies,” Louis said as he finished his water and set the cup on the nightstand. He lay down on the other to sleep. Don’t overthink it”
Aiden pouted. Even if his uncle was amazing, he had to admit–Freya was way more likable. His uncle’s slow approach wasn’t going to cut it. He should’ve followed his dad’s example, thick skin, persistent flirting–that was the most effective strategy.
Sigh. Grown–ups always think kids don’t know anything. But kids are the ones speaking real wisdom. He thought
