Mr. Norman, She's Out of Your League Now novel Chapter 50

It was impressive that Lydia hadn't given up yet.

Then again, who could resist the temptation of marrying into the Norman family?

At the very least, Lydia was very determined.

Charlotte quietly observed from the side, not saying a word. To her surprise, Brian was the first to notice her presence. He seemed to sense something and glanced in her direction. "Has Dr. Mandy arrived?"

Charlotte raised an eyebrow, once again questioning whether he really couldn't see. How did he know she was here?

Henry and Kayden quickly turned around when they heard him and spotted Charlotte.

Kayden had been sulking, clearly unimpressed by the herbs. But he immediately changed his expression when he saw Charlotte. He happily ran over and said, "Ma'am, you're here?"

His cheerful voice and beaming smile were full of joy.

Charlotte couldn't help but smile, greeting him, "Good evening, Kayden."

"Good evening!" he replied, looking excited. He feared that after what happened yesterday, Charlotte might not come today. But thankfully, she did!

Charlotte affectionately patted his little head, then turned to Brian. "Have you finished counting? Can we start the treatment now?"

Brian raised an eyebrow. Although she had been distant and blunt from the start, he could tell her tone had become even colder. He probably knew the reason, but didn't comment. Instead, he simply answered, "I'm ready."

He then told Henry, "Send all of this back. I don't need it. Don't let her send me anything else. I don't lack anything."
