Garrett's words were practically bursting with joy, clearly thrilled with Raelynn as his future niece-in-law. His face radiated excitement, acting as if he was completely oblivious to Raelynn's past marriage to Sebastian. He continued, "Everything just fell perfectly into place for those two kids today. It looks like my sister might be getting a grandchild sooner rather than later."
Sebastian's eyes were pitch-black.
He stared sharply at the empty door.
If the two of them were still on the ship, the power outage would have forcefully interrupted whatever romantic evening they had planned.
But if they had already left early...
How far would things escalate without any interruptions?
Sierra instinctively bit her lip. "How come I didn't see them leave?"
Garrett waved a hand. "They took a private speedboat. With all these people around, how could they have a real date? Young people prefer being alone."
Sierra's eyes flickered. She gripped her hands into tight fists, staring at the door for a long time before forcing a stiff smile. "I see..."
Garrett didn't seem to notice anything amiss.
He added, "Mr. Croix, your leg is injured. I'll arrange for someone else to assist you off the ship."
Sebastian didn't answer.
He lowered his eyes, his face an unreadable mask.
Garrett didn't waste any more time.
He turned to coordinate the rest of the passengers.
Sierra stood beside Sebastian, taking a silent, deep breath before turning to him. "It looks like I worried for nothing. Ms. Ortiz is perfectly fine. Mr. Hudson will take great care of her. They were smart enough to slip away for some privacy."
Saying that.
Sierra stepped behind Sebastian and grabbed the handles of his wheelchair. "Let me push you, Mr. Croix. Hold on tight."
Sebastian finally reacted. The moment she touched the handles, he operated the chair, smoothly slipping out of her grasp. His voice was low and menacing. "No need."
He rejected her without a shred of hesitation.
He completely ignored her stunned expression.
Moving forward on his own.
Sierra hadn't expected Sebastian to harbor such blatant dislike for her. The repulsion was barely concealed.

No, no, no! Sebastian needs to nip the Zella situation and win Raelynn back! Also, Leo, he is a wildcard for Sebastian's master plan... Sebastian- we know you know, what we know, win your family back!...
I thought now Sebastian and Raelynn will be together now that seraphina is not but you are not letting them to be. Two new female around Sebastian 😭...
I think Ian is sly. He is not what he seems. Sebastian loves Raelyn and they have a daughter together. Besides he has no family to even take care of him. I feel Raelyn should realise that Sebastian is only her true love and go back to him....
The croix family is evil...
