Boss, Your Wife Signed the Divorce Agreement Before the Wedding novel Chapter 902

"What's wrong with you?"

Raelynn cut straight to the point. She spun around, glaring at him, articulating every word with venom. "Get treated."

Sebastian stared at her in silence. Something flickered in his dark eyes before he walked over and sat down. "Who told you."

"Is that the point right now?" Raelynn glared at him, fighting to keep her voice from shaking. "Robert said you refuse to cooperate. Do you think your life is a joke?"

He didn't break eye contact. "Zella came to you?"

Raelynn had no connection to Robert, so the only logical leak was Zella Davenport.

"Sebastian, I am telling you to go get treated."

"Mm."

He kept his gaze locked on her. "It's nothing serious."

"How long are you going to keep lying to me?" Raelynn's final thread of restraint completely snapped. She closed the distance in three strides, grabbed the fabric of his sleeve, and hissed through gritted teeth, "Do you think I don't know what Robert specializes in?"

Sebastian didn't pull away. He just let her grab him.

After a long silence.

He finally asked quietly, "Are you worried about me?"

Mockery flashed in Raelynn's eyes as her lips curled. "Don't flatter yourself. A life for a life. I told you I would repay you for saving me, and I never break my promises. Give me your medical records. I will consult with Robert on your treatment plan."

Right now, she could only guess it was a tumor.

She knew nothing else, let alone how severe it had become.

Her denial was absolute.

Sebastian wasn't entirely surprised.

The fact that she was even willing to step in as his doctor proved how remarkably merciful she was.

He said, "I will get treated. You don't need to be involved."

"I wasn't asking for your permission." Raelynn's expression was completely blank. "If I can cure you, we'll be completely even. That way, you won't have to worry about me catching feelings and trying to rekindle our past just because you saved my life. I'm telling you, I keep my word."

Since she knew.

And since she was a doctor, she could not turn a blind eye.

Listening to Raelynn's words.

It was clear she planned to sever all ties with him the moment he was cured.

Sebastian's eyelashes fluttered, and his Adam's apple bobbed. He stared at her for a long time. "Alright. Then come to Europe with me to see Robert."

"The records." She avoided his gaze and released her iron grip on his sleeve.

She refused to look him in the eye.

Sebastian lowered his gaze to the violently wrinkled fabric on his arm and slowly curled his fingers. "I'll give them to you when we land."

If they were going to sever ties, it had to be a clean break. Neither would owe the other. She had nothing else to offer him, except her medical expertise, which was exactly what he needed right now.

Chloe asked her, "Is it bad?"

Raelynn shook her head. "I don't know yet. I won't know until we get to Europe and I see the scans."

She assumed the medical intervention itself wouldn't be the hardest part.

"When do you leave?"

"Tomorrow."

Raelynn made arrangements for Lily. She told no one about Sebastian's illness. Rowan Ortiz and Arthur Winslow were now under the protection of the Yves family, so she didn't have to worry about them either.

She booked her flight.

Before leaving, Zella sent her a text: *I'm going to see Robert too. I'm coming with you.*

Raelynn didn't object.

However.

First thing the next morning.

Her phone violently rang.

It was a frantic, screaming Zella: "That bastard Sebastian vanished!"
