Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 350

"Ahhhhhh!"

Without an ounce of exaggeration, Vivienne felt like a spring had been installed under her seat. She was literally being launched!

Damn that Julian! Not a single word out of his mouth could be trusted!

Julian went into full Tokyo Drift mode, whipping the steering wheel with surgical precision as he executed a series of seamless hairpin turns.

Vivienne gripped the handle above the door with both hands. Her vision flashed blindingly white, then pitch black. The scenery whizzed by in a blur; not a single frame of her surroundings was intact.

"..."

Once they hit the elevated highway, even the most aggressive sports car had to obediently fall into line with traffic. The speed finally returned to normal.

Julian looked incredibly smug, casually steering with one hand. "Well? Do I still need practice? You have no idea how people out there talk about your brother. They call me Stormhollow's Little Tornado."

Heh?

Hilarious.

Vivienne kept her face completely deadpan, her hands still maintaining a death grip on the handle.

Julian glanced at her, and his beaming smile vanished. His expression turned slightly awkward. "Alright, fine! Who are you giving that long face to? I promise I'll drive properly for the rest of the way, okay?"

Vivienne let out a cold scoff and turned her head away, ignoring him. A promise? This bastard's promises were entirely worthless.

Julian rubbed his nose, pulled a card from his school uniform pocket, and held out the gold card between two fingers.

"Here."

At that very second, Vivienne felt as though she had been mind-controlled. Her neck snapped involuntarily toward the gold card.

Julian chuckled at her reaction. Kids were so easy to bribe.

Vivienne reluctantly accepted the card. Julian wasn't a cheapskate like Alaric; the amounts he gave usually exceeded her expectations.

Kael's eyes were glued to the rearview mirror. Seeing Julian catching up, a vicious glint flashed in his eyes. "Bring it on, you piece of trash!"

Preston sat in the passenger seat, casually throwing a glance at the mirror. "Take it easy," he said coolly.

Kael’s lip was still a nasty shade of purple. He floored the accelerator, his eyes narrowing. "He’s got a death wish. I’m going to ruin him."

Preston didn't say anything else. He turned off his phone and checked his seatbelt.

*Vroom—*

The two black sports cars engaged in a literal life-or-death drag race on the private road, terrifying the surrounding cars into pulling over and trembling in their wake.

The security guard at the gatehouse heard the roaring engines from a distance. His first instinct was to jump up and open the barrier. The moment the boom gate lifted halfway, Julian overtook Kael, and the two cars blasted through the checkpoint neck and neck.

The plaza in front of the parking lot was as massive as a track field. However, street racing was strictly forbidden once they entered the main school grounds; breaking that rule meant a guaranteed beating when they got home. As crazy as Kael and Julian were, neither dared cross that red line. Julian locked his eyes on Preston's designated parking spot and pulled a flawless drift, sliding his car horizontally right in front of Kael. Not backing down, Kael violently cranked the steering wheel, scraping along the side of Julian's car in an attempt to block him back.
