Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 360

At her question, Bianca's expression turned even more resentful.

"It's not just me. Julian and Alaric know all about it, too."

They all knew? Vivienne was completely bewildered. "How?"

"Aunt Victoria hosted a massive banquet at the estate to introduce a bunch of political heirs to Cyril, but for some reason, he just never showed up. After the guests left, Aunt Victoria was absolutely furious and stormed into the Blackbriar Wing unannounced. She caught him lying in bed reading a comic book. She completely lost it and ran straight to Grandpa crying, screaming that Cyril preferred reading cartoons over attending the banquet just to intentionally humiliate her."

Vivienne frowned. "When did this happen? Why didn't I know about this?"

"You were staying at the Onyx Manor for your painting retreat," Bianca explained.

Vivienne's expression turned extremely complicated. "So what happened next?"

"Next? Aunt Victoria dragged the comic out in front of everyone to show Grandpa. Grandpa took one look at it, immediately called Uncle Dorian, and told him to come drag his wife away."

Vivienne suddenly felt the urge to punch something. This was unbelievable. Was Cyril's brain a supercomputer?!

That comic heavily documented all the times he had been bullied. Once Grandpa saw something like that, how could he possibly listen to a single word Victoria said against Cyril? Let alone if the old man knew she was the one who drew it—he would treat the contents as the absolute gospel truth.

That calculating bastard!

He had weaponized a single comic book to absolute perfection.

*Buzz—*

At that moment, both of their phones vibrated simultaneously.

[Cyril: @Crimson Glory Grandpa, the girls are starving. We're going to grab lunch first, then head to the clinic.]

Vivienne looked at him in pure disgust. Just as she looked up, Cyril raised his phone, snapped a quick photo of her glaring at him, and dropped it right into the group chat.

[Crimson Glory: @Cyril (Thumbs up emoji)]

[Crimson Glory: @Julian, look at how traumatized she is! You slapped her completely silly. Your hands are seriously a menace. Add two more acres of weeding to your punishment.]

[Julian: ?]

Vivienne let out a dry, hollow laugh. Turns out he was also an absolute master at getting someone else to do his dirty work. She flicked a stray leaf from her sleeve, eyes sharp and unblinking. “Funny how your ‘innocent confusion’ always lands someone else in the dirt—literally.” Her voice didn’t rise, but each word settled like gravel in silence. “Next time, you’ll hold the trowel. And dig.”

The fifth floor of the dining hall offered unparalleled privacy. Because it was permanently occupied by the heirs of the top aristocratic families, ordinary students didn't dare cross the threshold.

Due to its massive size and low foot traffic, the film crew had specifically negotiated with the school to build their sets up there.

The directorial team was currently locking down their camera angles. When Vivienne's group walked in, the script supervisor stared at them in absolute awe, assuming they were gorgeous new actors the production company had secretly poached.

Bianca followed her phone's navigation to their reserved table. The dining hall had dedicated servers, and one immediately brought out their pre-ordered dishes. Only then did the script supervisor realize they were actual students, not actors.

The fifth floor was incredibly spacious. The production was only utilizing Section A, leaving the other three areas completely undisturbed.

Just as Vivienne and Bianca sat down, they noticed someone waving at them from the balcony of the adjacent section.
