Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 526

Mina wiped her fingertips with a terrifyingly blank expression. "That 'little bitch' you're talking about is the Ravenshire heiress."

Rowena froze. "Which Ravenshire?"

Mina threw the napkin onto the table. "Who else has the nerve to challenge the Blackthornes? Which Ravenshire do you think?"

There were thousands of people with that last name in Athelvia. But there was only one family whose mere mention was enough to strike fear into the hearts of everyone.

Rowena's face drained of color. She glanced back at Vivienne. Strangely enough, looking at the girl now, she suddenly radiated a terrifying, untouchable aura of wealth. "Well, she did offer to pay the dry cleaning bill. She's actually very reasonable."

Mina wasn't about to let her off the hook. "Didn't you just say you were going to call some guys to teach her a lesson?"

"You misheard me." Rowena quickly looked away, terrified that the wealthy heiress would memorize her face.

Having lived in the gutters for so long, she was acutely aware of her place in the world. Her level of manipulation was only effective on the desperate housewives in her slum who begged their husbands for scraps. If she crossed a true aristocrat from a family like that, they could crush her with a single finger.

"Let's drop it," Rowena quickly changed the subject, pulling up her phone to scan the code again. "We have a deal. I'll wait for you to contact me."

Mina was about to refuse, but for some inexplicable reason, her mind began buzzing violently again. Like a puppet on strings, she raised her phone.

Just then...

"Sorry to interrupt, but this is the coffee the young lady over there ordered for you. Oh! And this too."

The staff member who had defended Vivienne walked over, placing a fresh cup of iced coffee and a small folded note on the table.

Her plan interrupted once again, Rowena felt a surge of irritation. Hearing about a note immediately raised her suspicions. She tapped her phone impatiently. "Mina, your phone."

Though Mina had no idea what Vivienne was playing at, she gladly accepted the interruption. She handed over her phone and took a huge sip of the coffee.

Instantly, her face turned green. Just as Rowena was about to scan the code, Mina lunged forward, clutching her own throat as if she had been poisoned.

"Ugh! That's straight black bile!"

Mina had a massive sweet tooth and couldn't handle even the slightest bit of bitterness. She seriously suspected Vivienne had brewed her a cup of pure liquid misery.

Mina stared her down. "Yeah, I'm messing with you. I'm the heiress to the Blackthorne family—what are you going to do about it? Push me any further, and I'll drop five million dollars right now to have you erased."

Rowena stared in sheer horror at the girl in front of her. What just happened? How did the dynamic flip so violently?

Her prey had completely broken free of her control. Rowena hesitated, weighing her options, before shooting Mina a look of venomous hatred.

"Fine. You just wait." After dropping the threat, she stormed out of the cafe.

Vivienne stood up and followed her out, not even sparing Mina a single glance.

Mina's expression shifted. Just as she was about to stand up, her phone buzzed.
