Chapter 55 Fake Dating

Gordon stared at Ruby like she’d grown a second head. He clearly wanted to say

something-until someone pinched his arm hard.

Like a light flipped on, he seemed to get it. Then he turned and smiled with deliberate

affection.

“About time. I’ve been waiting forever.”

Ruby’s smile turned sweet and seductive. “You know I hate places like this. If my dad

wasn’t forcing me, I wouldn’t have shown up.”

After that, she greeted Matthew.

“Mr. Russell, it has been a while.”

Whatever Matthew was about to say, he couldn’t get it out.

Gordon didn’t get angry at all. His eyes slid over her chest.

Gordon said, “He can’t. He’s about to kick it.”
