23. DAISY

He had warned me.

Elias started laughing.

“Shut up,” Valiant snarled, elbowing him in the side.

A grunt fell from Elias’s lips, instantly cutting off his laughter. With a glare at him, he rolled onto the side, placing me in the middle of them.

Valiant muttered something under his breath before he turned to face me. His eyes darted over my face and then slowly trailed down my body. Colour flooded my cheeks when his eyes lingered on the apex of my thighs.
