Julian brushed her hair gently, amused by how eager she looked. “It’s private Jinn family business, but I’ll tell you since you’re curious.”

Quinn thought about it. She planned to sketch anyway.

Being with Julian while she worked sounded nice.

“Fine. But you can’t wear me out tonight, or I won’t be able to get up in the morning.”

“Sleeping early” only meant he would go easy on her.

When Julian woke her up the next morning, Quinn could barely open her eyes.
