Camilla gave a soft murmur of understanding.

"By the way, have you talked to Paulina? Should we invite her to shop with us?"

Both of them had a great impression of Paulina. Even though they hadn't known her long, they already considered her a close friend.

"She said she had to head back to her hometown for some errands and won't be back for a week," Camilla explained. "We'll grab dinner together when she returns."

"Sounds good," Catheleen replied. "Come on, let's look around and see if any outfits catch our eye."

Their shopping style was entirely spontaneous.

Camilla followed her gaze and spotted Jeanette Clark.

Jeanette was dressed impeccably, her makeup flawless. A pearl necklace rested against her collarbone, radiating a quiet luxury.

She was clearly out shopping with friends. Two equally glamorous, designer-clad women flanked her sides.

"Catheleen," Jeanette greeted smoothly, striding toward them. "What a coincidence. You're shopping too?"
