Divorce Him, Then Dazzle novel Chapter 303

"A movie?"

"I have a setup here."

He instinctively reached for her hand, stopping mid-air as he remembered his promise, and let his arm drop.

He pointed toward a room at the end of the hall. "That's the Home Theater."

Now that he mentioned it, she was genuinely curious.

It was still early. If they didn't do something to pass the time, the evening was going to drag on unbearably.

"Okay."

She nodded, and he led the way.

The room was fully decked out. An enormous screen covered the entire front wall, and the sleek sound system looked obscenely expensive.

Lambert adjusted the settings. As Camilla sank into the plush seating, the visual impact hit her—it honestly felt like being in an actual cinema.

"What do you want to watch?"

"I'm fine with anything," she said quickly. "Whatever you like is fine."

"Pick one." He motioned for her to come closer. "Be good."

Whenever he used that tone, her defenses melted.

She obediently stepped up to the console, realizing he had a massive library of films.

"There's so many," she murmured.

"If you like this, I'll take you to The Villa next time," he said. "The setup and collection there are much better, and the acoustics are top-tier."

"This is already amazing."

Who just had a private theater in their everyday apartment?

While mentally marveling at how billionaires lived, she selected a classic romance.

As he pulled it up, panic suddenly seized her. "Wait, not this one."

She had just remembered the movie was incredibly sweet but packed with intense kissing scenes.

Sitting in the dark next to Lambert watching people make out would be absolute torture.

"Why?" He looked amused. "Want to change it?"

"Yeah, let's watch something else."
