Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 2665

But in doing so, she had revealed herself. The men outside now knew someone else was in the cabin, and they began trying to force their way in through the windows.

With two windows to defend, Sylvia couldn’t guard both at once. Eventually, one of the men managed to jump inside. Sylvia lunged at him, and they fell into a desperate struggle.

She knew she couldn’t afford a prolonged fight, so her movements were swift and brutal, aiming for her opponent’s weaknesses with sharp kicks and precise strikes.

But more men were pouring in. Kant, unable to resist, peeked out from under the bed. A mercenary raised his gun, aiming for the boy’s head.

“Get back!” Sylvia screamed, kicking a stool into the man’s shoulder and knocking the gun from his hand.

Bang! The trigger was pulled as the gun fell, and the bullet tore through the wooden wall.

Sylvia fought off two more men, moving closer to the bed to protect Kant from being captured.

Another mercenary jumped in, assessed the situation, and dropped to the ground, preparing to fire under the bed at Kant.

Sylvia vaulted forward, kicking the gun out of his hands.

She spun around, intending to grab the weapon, but two more mercenaries closed in, attacking her from behind.

Sylvia grabbed one man’s arm, twisted it with a dislocating force, and spun, driving her foot into the other’s abdomen.

She wasn’t as strong as these men, but she was agile, her movements as fluid as water, each one striking a vital point. For a moment, they couldn’t get near her.

Just as she was about to make another move for the gun, a man leaped onto the bamboo bed. He ripped it apart, grabbed a terrified Kant, and held a knife to his thin neck.

“Don’t move! One more move and I’ll kill him!”

At that exact moment, the main door was kicked open. Gabriel, drawn by the gunshot, strode in. Behind him, the clearing was littered with the bodies of his attackers.

The others saw this and immediately aimed all their weapons at Gabriel.

“Gab, fancy meeting you here.” A man’s voice, rough and distorted by a voice modulator, came from the doorway.

Gabriel stood beside Sylvia, his eyes scanning her from head to toe. Seeing that she was unharmed, the murderous aura around him subsided slightly.

He gently brushed a stray strand of hair from her face, tucking it behind her ear, before turning his attention to the man who had just entered.

It was another mercenary, powerfully built, but unlike the others, he wore a clown mask instead of a face covering.

The atmosphere in the cabin was dead silent, the tension palpable. The clown’s comical smile seemed only sinister and grotesque.

The masked man glanced at the terrified Kant, then back at Gab. “I trust you remember Giles?”
