Find me in your labyrinth (Stella and Jonathan) novel Chapter 2854

Estelle squeezed Jonathan’s hand in return, her delicate features glowing with happiness. “Now we can start planning our honeymoon.”

Jonathan’s gaze softened. “Where would you like to go?”

Suddenly, Estelle remembered something. “Actually, I’m still a little worried about Evelyn.”

“Don’t worry,” Jonathan reassured her with a smile. “Gabriel’s there. He won’t let anything happen to Sylvia.”

Estelle’s eyes filled with hope. “I just wish that when we come back, my brother and Sylvia will finally be together.”

“They will be,” Jonathan promised.

That night, Georgia took Sylvia to her own room. “Let’s share a room tonight. There’s still so much I want to talk to you about.”

Sylvia smiled gently. “I’d like that.”

The housekeeper had already set out fresh toiletries and new pajamas for Sylvia. After her shower, Sylvia came out to find Georgia still sitting on the bed, looking through old photos from her childhood. Georgia looked up and waved her over. “Come sit with me.”

Sylvia slipped off her shoes and sat down next to her.

The room was cool with the air conditioning on, so Georgia lifted the comforter and draped it over Sylvia’s legs. “Don’t let yourself get cold, especially with your sensitive stomach.”

Sylvia pulled the blanket up a bit more and smiled. “Now I know where my weak stomach comes from—turns out it’s hereditary.”

Georgia was momentarily startled, then laughed. “So we’ve found the culprit!”

Sylvia continued flipping through the album until she came across a photo of herself at nearly three years old. She reflected, “I saw a photo of myself at my adoptive parents’ house that looked a lot like this one.”

Georgia’s heart ached. “Did they… did they hurt you?”
