The air felt stagnant.
Norah's mind was a complete blur the entire way home. Even after taking a shower and lying in bed, her face was still flushed bright red.
Tossing and turning, unable to sleep, she slipped out to the balcony to get some fresh air.
It was late at night. The sky was overcast, devoid of moonlight, without a single star in sight.
The wind picked up, mirroring the stormy unrest in Norah's heart—a suffocating restlessness mixed with a quiet, thrumming excitement.
She pulled out her phone, opened an Anonymous Confession Forum on Twitter, and typed out a question:
"If a guy responds physically to a girl, does that mean he likes her?"
Replies came flooding in.
"Probably? Men only get turned on by someone they like."
"I'm a guy, and I can tell you right now—as long as a woman is hot enough, any man will respond."

"What are you doing out here instead of sleeping?" Henson suddenly asked as he walked over.
Norah scrambled to turn off her phone screen, guiltily hiding it behind her back. "N-nothing!" she stammered.
Henson eyed her suspiciously. "What kind of trouble are you getting into?"
